When I was unwell as a kid,
My mother used to tell me one thing that was very very important and that was walk on the grass,
Have your feet on the floor,
If you can lie down on the floor and actually you know what that does,
It actually helps you to recover.
Why?
Because you then talk to the floor,
Your body is talking to the floor and if there's something wrong with the earth element of you,
That gets kind of solved.
The earth,
The water and the air element within your body need to be satiated.
If the three are in balance,
Your body is healthy.
And that's the main thing to be understood here.
The second thing to do is drink water.
You can actually activate the water that you drink.
When you're drinking it,
Say this water is healing me.
It's healing my cells.
You can do something like that.
It's very,
Very cool because water heals you.
We know that it has a memory.
We know that it is able to heal us.
We know all of that right now.
Water is life.
And water has memory.
And if we put the two things together,
Life has memory.
So the memories of your life are created in water and therefore it's a very important element.
The third thing that you can do is that you can actually ask yourself,
What is wrong with me?
Why am I feeling unwell?
The fourth thing is breathe in.
Do a little bit of breath work and remember when you're doing your breath work,
The inhale always has to be shorter and the exhale has to be longer.
Why?
Because the more you exhale,
The more you're bringing yourself from a sympathetic nervous system to a parasympathetic nervous system.
You're going from flight to fight to rest and restore.
The air element is movement and the air element is knowledge and wisdom.
Now if we put these two together,
We'll have Movement is wisdom,
So therefore,
To be traveling and to be learning is wisdom.
Is very important.
Keep moving.
And the fifth thing and that is very very important is to understand that you are now in a positive state.
You're positively recharged and therefore you're going from positivity,
From negativity to positivity,
From a negative emotion to a positive emotion,
From a negative state to a positive state.
So keep that in mind.
Try as far as possible not to speak negative.
To say things that are positive,
To act positively and very soon you'll be unwell.
You'll feel better,
