Let us get comfortable in a seated position.
Welcome to the meditation for the Ajna Chakra,
Your third eye at the center of the brain near the pineal gland.
And as you sit here,
You slowly close the eyes to bring the awareness inwards.
You allow the inner visions to rise.
The thoughts,
The shapes,
The colours.
To rise within the mind,
Within the eyes of the mind.
Or should I say the eye,
Singular,
Third eye.
Allow your body a few moments to soften,
Your mind to settle into the present moment.
And bring the awareness inward.
Now guide the attention to the centre of your forehead,
Right between your eyebrows.
To your third eye,
The Ajna.
Which is the centre of intuition,
Insight and inner wisdom.
With each inhale,
You imagine a deep indigo light glowing softly at the third eye.
You see pulsing gently,
Expanding with each breath,
Sharpening your perception and connecting you to your inner guidance.
And as you breathe in,
You silently affirm to yourself,
I trust my intuition.
I see clearly and with wisdom,
My mind is calm and focused.
I trust my intuition.

Visualizes indigo blue light radiating outwards.
Opening your awareness and helping you perceive situations with clarity and understanding.
Let it guide your thoughts and insights like a quiet,
Steady lighthouse.
Just follow the light.
Allow it to grow.
Within your mind's eye.
The vision becomes more crystal clear,
Like a blurry image.
Becoming clear like 4K.
If your mind begins to wander,
You gently bring your attention back to the glow.
Back to the lighthouse.
Image which gets created at the third eye,
Reminding you of your inner wisdom,
Your intuition,
Your guidance that lives within.
You take a deep breath in,
Joining this deep indigo energy.
And exhale you let it settle and awaken your insight.
Your third eye explores the visions.
Your third eye stimulated,
Ready to perceive,
Ready to see clearly.
When you are ready,
You bring the awareness back to the body back to the room.
With each breath deeply.
You awaken yourself back to life.
You wiggle your fingers and toes.
And you open the eyes.
The physical eye,
Putting the third eye to rest for a moment.
And let us carry this sense of clarity,
This sense of intuition and inner knowing throughout the day.
