Derek, I wanted to thank you for your class. I’m feeling incredibly aligned. The alignment based instruction was highly critical to the way I’m feeling now. Easy to follow but challenging at the same time. Loved the flipped coin approach with the two ways you feel a pose. Namaste 🙏🏻

I found this perfect length yoga in the middle of the day between meetings and it was beautiful and fantastic and perfectly timed. Today marks the first day of a complete transformation of my life and stepping into my optimal goddess self. This was wonderful, Derrick. I will most likely do this every day for awhile.💗☀️🦋
