Thank you for joining me in the 7 Yoga Meditation on Peace.
This technique was developed by Robert Taylor,
Founder of 7 Yoga.
Please sit comfortably in a chair with both feet flat on the ground and keeping your spine straight.
We will briefly clear our chakras before beginning the meditation on peace.
Gently close your eyes.
Let go of all tension,
Worry,
And fear.
Relax.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Inhale deeply.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale and relax.
As you bring your awareness to each chakra,
Form the intention to clear any blocks in that chakra.
Take your awareness to the first chakra,
Located at the base of your spine.
The color is red.
The second chakra is located just below your navel.
The color is orange.
The third chakra is located in your solar plexus.
The color is yellow.
The fourth chakra is located in the center of your chest,
The heart chakra.
The color is green.
The fifth chakra is located at your throat.
The color is turquoise.
The sixth chakra is located at your third eye,
Just above the center of your eyebrows.
The color is indigo.
The seventh chakra is located at the top of your head.
The color is violet.
Now placing your hands together in prayer position,
Bring them up to your third eye,
Just above the center of your eyebrows,
And there surrender to your higher self.
Keeping your hands in prayer position,
Lower them to your heart center and give thanks,
Gratitude and praise to the teachers and masters who have preceded us on the path.
Really feel that gratitude.
Rest your hands comfortably in your lap and bring your awareness to your heart center.
No peace.
No peace more deeply.
No peace deeper still.
No peace deeper yet.
Feel peace.
Feel peace more deeply.
Feel peace deeper still.
Feel peace deeper yet.
Merge into and become one with peace.
Samadhi.
