Tranquility flows in.

I am safe.
I can choose peace rather than this.

I am fully present in this moment.

I can do this.
My body is calm.
I am free to choose happiness.
I am kind and loving towards myself.
I have all the tools that I need.
What I am experiencing is only temporary.
This is not an emergency.
It's okay for me to take my time.
I let go of tension.
I am safe and supported.
I choose not to worry about the things I cannot control.
I am strong,
Capable,
And resilient.
I choose peace over perfection.
I am allowed to be happy no matter what is going on around me.
I lean in with faith,
Ready to take the next step when the time comes.
No storm lasts forever.
I am at ease.
I embrace optimism.
I fill my mind with positive thoughts.
I am always enough.
I can get through this.
I do not have to believe the thoughts in my head.
I am in charge of how I feel and right now I choose to feel happy.
I focus on what I can control and release the rest.
I let go in faith and trust that my highest and best outcomes are unfolding.
