And I have a short meditation to shift into the attitude of abundance.
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and make yourself 5% more calm and relaxed.
Roll your shoulders up and back to open up your heart to receive.
And take a cleansing breath in,
Deep within your nose,
Allowing your belly to expand,
And exhale out of your mouth with a wonderful sigh,
Gently closing your eyes to go inside.
You can rest your hands with your palms upward,
Ready to receive abundance today.
And as you shift from doing to being,
I welcome your mind to create any healing images or symbols that will help you manifest this abundance today.
So as you root yourself into your seat,
Feeling that support beneath you,
And feel the abundance of gravity anchoring you into this moment,
What if you were to imagine a world in which everything happens for you?
What would you see differently?
What would you do differently?
Instead of imagining a world in which everything happens to you,
What if everything happened for you?
Notice the difference that it makes,
The shift in your mind and body,
Because the simple act of allowing yourself to shift your perspective,
To shift into abundance,
Has the power to shift your entire life.
Go ahead and see the difference that it makes in your life today,
Of seeing things happen for you,
Rather than to you.
Go ahead and take a cleansing breath in,
Really sealing in this wisdom and insight,
And exhale letting everything that no longer serves you go,
And thank yourself for taking the moment to pause and reflect and shift your perspective.
