Sit comfortably at an upright position,

Just allowing your body to relax.

Now we're going to begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and letting it go out through the mouth.

And keep that rhythm in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathe in and let it go.

Take a deep breath in,

All the way in,

Let it fill up your lungs and let it go.

Keep breathing,

Keep connecting the breaths.

Allow your body to fill up with energy.

In through the nose and let it go.

Feel your body charging.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Filling your lungs with life force energy.

Keep breathing,

Keep going,

You can do it.

All the way in and let it go.

Let's take a few more breaths.

All the way in,

Deep,

All the way in.

Hold.

Let it go.

All the way in.

And all the way out.

Now I want you to spend the next few moments thinking about a time in your life when you felt immense gratitude.

Go back there.

Feel it as it's happening right now.

Who were you with?

What are you feeling?

What smells surround you?

What does it feel like on your skin?

What is it that you feel?

What is it that you feel?

Feel the love in your body.

Feel the love in your body.

Now I want you to go to another time in your life when you felt immense gratitude.

Step into the moment.

See what you saw.

Feel what you felt.

It's all happening right now.

Feel it in your body.

Don't forget to breathe.

Now I want you to transport yourself to another time in your life when you felt immense gratitude and appreciation.

Smile.

Feel it in your body.

Feel it in your body.

Now it's time to go beyond time and space.

Imagine yourself in deep space.

Drifting beyond time.

Existing beyond space.

The birthplace of creation.

And if you feel yourself catching on a thought and drifting off,

Let it go and bring yourself back to beyond time,

Beyond space.

To the space in between the thoughts.

Beyond your body.

To the space in between the thoughts.

Beyond your body.

I want you to bring yourself back to your body.

Focus your attention on the center of your chest.

Fill the center of your chest with love and gratitude.

Fill it with light.

Feel that feeling expanding beyond your body.

To the space around your body.

Now bring your attention back to the center of your chest.

Focus your attention on the center of your throat.

Fill your throat with love and gratitude.

Fill it with light.

Feel that light and feeling expand beyond your body.

Now bring your attention back to the center of your throat.

Focus your attention in the center of your head.

Fill it with love,

Light,

Gratitude.

Everything that feels good.

Expand that feeling and your attention around your body.

Filling the space around you with light.

Melt away the darkness.

Bring your attention back to the center of your head.

Feel love and light moving up and down your spine.

To your head.

To your tailbone.

Surround your body encased in love and light.

Melting away all the darkness.

Now bring yourself back to your body.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Now bring your attention back to the center of your chest.
