Entering the abundance field which exists right now.
Now is the portal to enter into the highest vibrational state by holding on to a frequency in a vibration,
An emotional state that emits into the field,
Into creation,
Your desires for joy,
Love,
Bliss,
Abundance,
Creation,
Freedom.
Please find a very comfortable posture.
Here you may be laying down or sitting upright,
Rest your body,
Remove all distractions,
Feel your body surrendering into the earth.
Feel the weight of your body,
All the muscles relaxing.
As your eyes become heavier and heavier,
You are drawn deeper into yourself.
Just focus on your breathing.
Your breath becomes natural and long.
Your mind and nervous system begin to slow down.
You visualize the brilliant sun shimmering and shining above you.
You look up and you see the round shape of the sun,
Golden,
White light rays bathing your skin.
The frequency of the sun is joy,
Light,
Brightness.
Let the energy of the sun bring to you the sense of joy in your heart as you breathe in the warmth of the sun.
The light rays of the sun begin to wash over your feet,
From the tips of your toes to the bottoms of your feet is being bathed with the liquid golden light,
Bright light.
Breathe in deeply.
You begin to pull the light up into your feet,
Into your ankles.
The light begins to spread upwards like a fountain of light,
Splashing the most brilliant luminous light into your legs,
Rising up to your knees.
See now all your light,
See now all your cells,
Your cells are drinking up the sunlight.
They begin to vibrate and dance the dance of joy.
This light bathes your knees,
Front of the knees,
Back of the knees,
Filled with the golden white light.
It rises up through your thighs,
Into your hips and feel the warmth rising up.
Feel the warmth in your hips.
See the cells from your knees up to your hips,
Drinking the light,
Vibrating with joy.
Breathe into your belly,
Deep breath,
Breathing in the light into your pelvic floor,
Groin.
Feel the warmth spreading and see the colors swirling up through your belly.
The center of the belly is another sphere of light.
The sun is placed in your belly,
A mini sun now begins to shine its light rays through the walls of your belly.
Feel the warmth and the love of this light filling your belly,
Lower belly filled with golden yellow light,
Side of the belly filled with the light,
Back of the belly and lower back filled with the light,
Upper belly bathed with the luminous energy of the sun.
See all the cells from your groin,
Hips,
All the cells to your upper belly filled with the luminous light,
Shimmering,
Vibrating harmoniously,
The frequency now of pure joy,
Pure possibility,
All that is not light,
All that is not joy,
All that is not truth begins to dissolve in the light.
And your lower body begins to embody the sense of joy,
Compassion,
Peace,
Love,

Send these words into the entire space below your chest.

See that word traveling into your belly and spreading out,
I am possibility.
See that word traveling like sound waves into your belly and spreading out,

Breathe in deeply,
This vibration,
The quickening of vibration and life force energy begin to expand upwards in through your chest,
Bathing the solar plexus with the most brilliant rays of light like a bursting star.
See the light in your solar plexus,
Shimmering,
Shining,
Power fills your solar plexus,
The sun moves up into your solar plexus now,
The sun is shining in your solar plexus,
You're beginning to align to the sense of power,
Frequency of light,
Pure light,
Joy,
Expression.
The cells in your solar plexus drink up the liquid golden light of the sun rays,
All the cells in your solar plexus take on the vibration of joy,
Expansion,
Power to create.
All imbalances of powerlessness and fear and doubts begin to dissolve and release out the solar plexus.
This vibration and energy,
The cells dancing and singing with joy,
Start to expand upwards like a fountain,
Spreading the light up into your lungs,
Breathing up into the heart,
Lungs and heart filled with the rays of the sun,
Pure,
Infinite light filling the center of your chest,
All the way up to the upper chest,
Front of the chest.
See all the cells filled with light,
Sides of the upper body,
Under the arms,
Sides filled with a luminous light,
Back of the body,
Mid back,
Upper back,
Shimmering and being bathed with the pure essence of source light,
In between the shoulder blades,
Back of the heart,
Bathed with the pure golden white light,
Middle of the chest,
Center of the chest,
All the way up to the throat,
Is the sun sitting in the center of the heart.
See the sun sitting in the center of your heart,
Shining its light rays all around.
See the vibrations of your cells increasing with light,
Dancing with bliss,
Full,
Full,
Full,
Fullness I am,
The light I am,
The power I am,
The joy I am.
Please repeat these words quietly in your mind,
Bring the sound vibration,
The words into the center of your heart.
Infinite light I am.

The frequency in your body increases.
Your vibratory state heightens.

The rays of the sun.

From the upper back all the way up to the top of the neck.
You see the sun moving up and sitting in the center of your neck.
The sun begins to clear any blocks and limits to self-expression.
Spinning vortex of light is dissolving the old self-identity.
Your throat is being reborn.
You are now finding your self-expression.
See in your mind's eye your self expressing all of who you are.
Expressing your joy into the world.
What you love to do unapologetically.
See this now between your eyebrows in your third eye.
The vision of you in your most expressed joyous state of being.
You are.
See now.
You are expressing your joy into your world,
Into your field of existence.
See what you are doing.
See yourself doing little daily things.
Hobbies.
Interests.
Places to go that are within your reach.
Things that do bring you joy.
Notice the way you feel when you are doing the things that bring you joy and going to those places that make you happy.
See the version of you who has embodied their joy.
Self-expression.
Authentic way of being in your world.
Let the vibration of the sun raise.
Infuse this vision with light.
Let the light empower you to feel and believe.
All is energy.
Feel there is no blocks to self-expression.
The light is fully moving through your throat and neck.

Connected to the light of the sun.
Receiving healing from the sun.

Be still now and simply let the transmission from the sun upgrade your whole self to now embody your truer power.
The vision of your joyous expanded self now.
Receive the mantra of the goddess energy which is pure energy.
The light is energy.

Let the emotions come through.
If the words change,
That's okay.
Let it.
See the visual of these words as a particular light or color filling your heart and then radiating outwards through your body and the field around you.
There is nothing but this vibration and this thought.
You are one with this truth.
Hold steady.
Be one with this thought and feeling alone now.
If this is what you intend to create in your reality,

All physical reality is nothing but energy and vibration.
If you can embody the vibration from within yourself,
That which you want to feel and create,
Your outer reality will begin to shift and mirror your inner reality.
So know that you have the power to create your physical reality by first aligning and holding onto the feeling,
Thought and energetic state from within.
So you show up differently in your physical reality because you now chose to feel joy,
You chose to feel love,
You chose to feel creative,
You chose to feel all these things.
And so you begin to emit that into your physical field,
Your physical world.
And as you do that,
That's when you have doorways appearing for you of opportunities that mirror to you whatever you are already putting out into the world.
So creation and manifestation must begin from within,
And this process has aligned you to that process of manifestation of your abundance field by working with light,
Vibration,
Sound,
Imagery,
Feelings.
As you come back to your world,
Think about what is it that you want to commit to from the vision you saw of yourself being joyous,
Creative,
Loving.
What are the things that you're now going to do in action that will truly help you be the expressed self?
Commit to doing that today and over the next several days.
Give yourself a little stretch.
