You may be laying down or sitting up with back support.
This is your time to be immersed in yourself.
So please remove any distractions.
Making any physical adjustments in micro-movements to let your body feel very relaxed and supported.
You will now be journeying into your Manipur chakra,
The center of your power,
Light and radiance.
As you begin to allow your eyes to gently close,
Beginning to take a deep breath in through your nose,
Feeling the whole body filling with fresh breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel the breath filling your toes,
Legs,
Hips,
Breathing up all the way to the top of your head.
Exhale out your mouth,
Relaxing and softening your body into your seat.
Listening and feeling the flow of your breath.
Bringing awareness into your face,
Relaxing your eyes,
Nose,
Lips,
Cheeks.
Feel your entire face now.
Bring your awareness into your neck and shoulders.
On your next exhale,
Soften the muscles in your neck.
At the same time,
Feel your shoulders surrendering back and down,
Releasing any work in your shoulders.
Feel this ray of relaxation moving through your arms to your shoulders.
Feel a relaxation moving through your bones into your wrists,
Until your arms feel so heavy,
Letting the palms of your hands surrender,
All the fingertips open,
Ready to receive.
Feel the breath filling the chest,
Lungs,
And heart.
On your exhale,
Let the lungs and heart relax.
The front of the body and chest letting go of any tension.
The ease and openness moving through the chest.
Solar plexus is now relaxed.
Springing your hands over your belly,
Both hands on top of your belly,
To the breath as it fills your belly forward.
Experience the sensation of the belly expanding with air.
Experience the belly moving back towards the spine as you exhale,
Giving yourself permission to let your mind be tuned into your body.
Silently repeating to your belly,
There is nothing that you need to do and receive this moment.

Noticing your breath calming your entire body,
Allowing your breath to be a little deeper and longer.
As you feel the eyelids becoming heavier and heavier,
See in your mind the image of the sun.
Experience the bright yellow golden light of the sun sitting in your mind.
The sun shines brightly and you feel the warmth of its light.
You see the spherical shape of the sun.
You admire the golden,
Yellow,
White rays shining all around your mind and awareness.
Be absorbed in this beautiful light.
You experience your whole mind and brain filled with the sun.
Now we summon the power of the Manipur chakra located at your solar plexus,
About half an inch to an inch above your navel.
Bring your awareness there now.
Moving into the solar plexus,
Your breath is now drawing down into your body and like a pool filling with water,
Your solar plexus is now being filled with breath,
Fresh oxygen and energy.
Every breath that you are taking is moving into the center of your solar plexus like a stream flowing down,
Down into the river.
Follow your breath down your body.
As you inhale,
Watch the breath flowing down like a stream of light in your solar plexus.
As you breathe in deeper,
You are now breathing the light that's in your mind of the sun.
Breathing that energy of the bright sun that is in your mind and brain down into the breath,
Down into the solar plexus.
You are now seeing this light swirling in the Manipur chakra like a vortex,
Spinning yellow light,
Churning in your solar plexus,
Bringing power,
Healing.
Bring your mind into the center point of the swirling vortex of light.
Sit in the center and simply experience the light spinning.
That which is untruth is now dissolved in the sacred light.
You see the spin of this light become bigger and more expansive.
It fills the entire space now of the solar plexus,
Belly and heart.
Spinning wheels of light,
Glorious and radiant,
Golden yellow hues,
The energy of sacred light.
Experience this now.
Dear solar plexus,
It is safe for you to release any feelings of disempowerment,
Fear,
Powerlessness,
Lower emotions,
Self-doubts.
Please release this into the light now.
Dear participant,
Feel into this part of your body and observe the emotions and the thoughts that you're holding here.
What feelings no longer serve you?
Be aware and feel them.
Feel any tight sensations,
Heavy sensations,
Stock energy.
And now bring the light of the sun,
Bring the sun itself into those heavy,
Limiting,
Tight sensations,
Fears,
Self-doubts and emotions that are sitting in the solar plexus.
You are now visualizing that this beautiful,
Luminous ball of light,
The sun,
Is now sitting in the solar plexus and clearing and absorbing all these lower vibrations and emotions.
One by one,
Every heavy emotion,
Limiting feeling,
Is now being given into the sun,
Absorbed into the light.
Breathe in deeply now.
See in your mind the cells,
Veins,
Blood,
Everything now in this part of your organ,
Filled with the luminous light.
Nothing you need to do.
And allow and receive the energy of the golden light,
The activation of the solar plexus to do the work for you.
Calm,
Easy breath into the solar plexus.
All you see now is the light in the solar plexus dissolving shadows and returning your solar plexus to the original expression of love,
Truth and divine light.
And now we will infuse your entire being with powerful words that carry and emit the vibration of true inner power.
Receive these affirmations,
Which are codes of energy.
All negative beliefs and fears that I may have internalized from others or my own negative thoughts,
Which do not serve me,
In living a life of freedom,
Empowerment and clear.

You are stepping more into your power.
