So something has gone well for you.
I put a little smile on your face,
But then you got scared.
How about if this goes away?
How about if this changes?
How about if it doesn't happen again?
And the moment of joy and the moment of peace was fleeting.
It's gone.
You are overwhelmed with worry again.
Feeling and thinking that you cannot experience joy because it will be gone too soon or something bad will happen shortly.
But hold still,
My dear.
Allow your soul to celebrate these moments.
For I assure you that the more you celebrate these moments,
The more of them you will notice and the more you will see that they come into your life.
Celebrate these moments.
The worry about the future,
A future which does not exist as yet,
Can wait.
Let us not fight.
Let us not fight against the joy that rises up within us.
It is ours to have.
Let us not fight with the joy that has been granted to us.
It is yours to enhance.
Be mindful about the experience of joy.
Even if you feel a sense of worry that it will go away,
Take the moment when joy comes into your life and acknowledge it.
Let your heart and your ability to manifest lead you in the direction of more joy.
When joy enters your life,
A bird singing,
A child laughing,
A good email,
A good phone call,
A good night's rest,
A good meal,
A call from a friend,
A call to a parent.
These small moments can have a big impact.
If we acknowledge them as joyful and if we amplify them by thinking about how wonderful it has made our day,
By being grateful for the moment and looking forward to when it will next arise,
That is how we can amplify and triple and multiply joy.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Think of a joyful moment as simple as perhaps this moment,
A moment for yourself that is a great joy.
Think about how this moment or another moment of joy changed a small portion of your life.
If you heard a child laughing,
Think about the small smile that it rose up in you,
The child in you.
If you heard birds singing,
Think about the joy that it brought to your mind,
Wondering about how they fly and sing.
Focus on that feeling.
Allow it to spread through your chest,
Warming you from the inside out.
This is real.
This is not fleeting.
Feel it spread across your shoulders,
Down into your stomach,
Through till your back,
All the way up your shoulder blades,
All the way down to your hips.
Keep breathing and allow the warmth of this small joy to expand throughout your entire body,
Moving up into your chin,
To your lips,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
Filling you up right to the top of your head,
Down through your legs,
Your thighs,
Your inner thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves.
You are so warm.
Down your arms,
Your biceps,
Your triceps,
Your elbows,
Continuing through to your fingers,
Your fingers tingle with the warmth of it,
Of this joy,
This joy that you are amplifying tenfold,
Down through your shins and through your toes,
And your toes are tingling.
This joy exists within you.
You are amplifying it.
You are creating this warmth within you by focusing on it.
If you can remember when joy comes into your life,
To spend a few moments celebrating it within your soul from warm golden light spreading from your heart throughout your entire body,
Keep that feeling going for as long as you can.
Savor it like a wonderful bath,
Experiencing it,
Penetrating through all the layers of your skin,
Of your body,
Of your organs,
Of your soul.
Do not be afraid of joy.
It is yours to amplify,
To expand.
Take that with you through the day,
