Panic Attack Off
by Ocean DYNN
A short practice designed to help calm the nervous system during moments of anxiety or panic. Please note that this practice is for support and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. Focus gently on your natural breathing through the nose. Let the inhale come softly, and allow the exhale to slowly release tension from the body. There is nothing you need to force—just observe the breath and let it guide you back to stability. In a few moments, the body begins to settle, the mind slows down, and a sense of safety returns. Breathe. Observe. Allow the calm to return.
