Transcript

This is an Earth Converse Meditation,

A conscious practice where you can honour the sacred element of fire and the fire in you.

Settle in,

Take a relaxed and dignified posture and close your eyes if that feels right.

Breathe into your heart.

Feel its beat.

The space between beats.

Tune into the temperature of your body to welcome the sacred element of fire.

Settle into your passion and creativity.

Feel confidence and powers of transformation.

Feel the heat of the sun.

Smell the burn of sage,

Of pine.

Sense the crackling of logs on an open fire.

Feel into the fireiness of fire and your own.

Feel into its brightness and your own.

Scared fire connecting us to our sexuality.

And drive.

A lighting,

Life giving and life destroying path.

Calling us to ignite our truth.

Fan the flames of our dreams and step into our powers.

Feel the heat of fire.

Give it your immense gratitude.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
