Smell a sea salt breeze.
Feel yourself under a cloudy sky.
Feel the force of a windswept plane.
Embrace the subtleness and strength of air.
And that of your own.
Honour its energy and yours.
Air circulating,
Moving in and around.
Passing through all life.
Giving life to all things.
Passing through us.
Giving life to us.
Can you feel the space within you?
Can you feel the space around you?
The potential and possibilities that exist in space.
Air inspiring us.

Your visualisations.
