This is an Earth Converse meditation,

Take a relaxed and dignified posture.

Here you are,
Breathing,
Noticing that air coming in and out of your nostrils.
Your chest and belly rising up and down.
And now feel into the saliva in your mouth to welcome in the sacred element of water.
Conscious life-giving water.
Sense the moisture on your own body.
The liquidness in your body.
The flow of your blood.
Feeling the energy.
Being refreshed and rehydrated.
Immerse yourself as being born from water.
Taste the clean fresh water from a spring.
Move your hand in a river.
Soak your skin in the rain.
Infuse yourself in the soft and loving touch of water.
Immerse yourself in its purity.
And know your own.
Feel into its wildness and power.
And your own.
Conscious water.
Reminding us of the flow of life.
Showing us how we adapt and change.
Cleanse,
Heal and rebalance.
How we remember our own wisdom.
This Source.
Open to intuition.
Feel yourself as water.
Honor its freedom and yours.
Give it your immense gratitude and blessings.
