Welcome to this beautiful meditation in which we're going to express more gratitude and especially in relation to our own body.
Sometimes we take it for granted,
Sometimes we don't really appreciate this magical,
Mysterious body of us.
We just live our life day after day and we don't take the time to really,
Really,
Really,
Really think about the body,
Think about all the crazy and beautiful things that it allows us to do every single day.
So,
Today we're taking some time,
We're sitting down,
We are lying down,
We can even take a walk as long as we keep our muscles relaxed.
Our pace doesn't have to be too fast if we decide to walk.
We're going to take three breaths in which we inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
So when we found the positions that is best for us,
We can start.
Let's think that there's a little,
Little door on top of our head and of course we hold the key that's going to be able to open that door.
So we open the door,
We open the lock of the door and a beautiful light starts shining inside.
It warms our brain,
Our head and step by step it goes down the face,
The forehead,
The eyes,
The temples,
All the muscles of the face get more relaxed,
The jaw,
The mouth,
The tongue to get down to the neck,
The shoulders,
The arm,
The elbows,
The wrists,
The hands,
The fingers,
It goes down our chest,
The upper back.
It goes through all the organs,
It finds places in all the veins,
The arteries,
The muscles,
The bones and we feel amazing,
More and more relaxed.
It goes down to our genitals,
To our hips,
To our legs,
The thighs,
The calves,
It goes down to our ankles,
The feet,
All the toes,
The sole of your feet.
And again this beautiful light irradiates in every corner,
Everywhere,
In places that you don't even think that light could actually reach.
You find more peace,
More tranquility,
You may feel some tingling all over your body or some specific parts of your body.
You understand now how important your body is,
As I said before,
How magical it is and mysterious at the same time.
You feel like a wave of peace,
Caressing,
Hugging all your body.
You know that you are the source of your happiness.
When you take care of yourself,
Then you'll be able to do gigantic things,
Small things,
And you'll be able to be there for other people as well.
To enrich them,
To encourage them,
But first of all to enrich and encourage yourself.
The light is surrounding us,
Hugging us,
Caressing us,
Giving us all the love that we need.
In your hand you still have that key.
And now it's time to close that little door on top of your head.
But with this lesson learned of appreciating our body,
I really thank you for taking part of this meditation with me.
And most of all,
You should thank yourself again for granting yourself some time to appreciate and express gratitude for your own body.
