"When you find a friend, you find a treasure." Today, we are celebrating this great feeling of friendship. By practicing gratitude, we are able to live a better present. Let's celebrate our friends and friendship.

Quinto Agnew once said that you'll see the true friends when you are in need.

Roberto Venini thinks that it's not true that you can see your friend only when you are in need because you always see a friend.

Many people agree that there's a difference between true friends,

Friends,

Acquaintances and strangers.

No matter what,

Today we're going to celebrate the true concept of friendship,

The way you define friendship.

We'll start with some deep breaths and we'll let our body relax step by step.

We're going to listen to our breath,

We're going to feel the fresh air running through our nostrils and the warm air getting out of them.

Let's focus on our breathing,

Let's take a very deep breath,

We're going to keep it inside our body for a few seconds and then slowly we're going to let it go.

Let's start visualizing a friend,

Somebody that you consider a friend,

Somebody that you feel so connected,

Somebody that you really love and care.

We can even think about some moments that we spend together in order to be ready to thank this special person for all he or she is,

For all that he or she has done.

Let's keep reading and let's try to get our visualization clearer in order for us to get feeling of joy and appreciation.

I'm going to leave you some few moments alone in order to reflect on the things that you and this person has shared and then after that we're going to finish some sentences together in order to thank this special person.

I'm going to leave you with two last sayings.

One is an African proverb that says,

Sometimes it's good to shake the tree of friendship in order to make the rotten fruits fall.

And then another sentence from Chichiro,

Which says,

Those who deny friendship from their life,

They deny the sun from the world.
