During the full moon in general like three days before peak time and three days after peak time some people will get overwhelming quite sensitive and maybe you will feel some block in any part of your body.
It's very normal spending the time to meditating during the full moon to help you stay grounded.
Let's find the most comfortable position.
Take a deep inhale to your nose and let it go through your mouth.
Take another deep inhale to your nose.

Observe your breath and let your breathing.
Start to scan your body from the top of the head,
