And instead of being perfect or having it figured out or knowing it all,
See if you can just meet yourself today with more grace,
More compassion and acceptance.
And choose to be gentle with yourself as you take one step at a time.
And maybe ask yourself,
What would be successful for me today?
Instead of the outcome and how it's all going to look and the perfection.
Maybe it's more about the process and how you can hold yourself through today.
I'm gonna choose to be really kind to myself.
Going to choose to Just learn as I go,
Knowing that it's okay not to know.
It's okay not to be perfect.
