We've never seen this day.
What a gift it is that you woke up,
That you're here.
May this meditation help you slow down and ease into the day.
May this meditation help you free your heart and your mind of any anxiety or worry.
What if this day could be one of the best days?
What if it all goes well?
So often we wait for the end of the day to rest.
Maybe you allow yourself to fully land by laying down or grabbing a blanket,
Getting really really cozy,
Allowing yourself to take in the gift of rest before you enter your day.
Slowly,
Softly,
Deepen your breath.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhale out your mouth,
Allowing the exhale to calm every cell in your body.
Breathing in,
Exhale,
Relax,
Allowing yourself to fully land,
Feeling yourself drift into this moment.
Carefully,
Slowly,
Peacefully arriving right here.
Feeling ease wash over you.
In this moment,
All you need to do is breathe.
The day can wait.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale.
There is no rush.
You are right on time.
Really sink into this moment.
And as you sit here in the quiet of your own mind,
Can't you remember you've made it through 100% of your most difficult days?

It's incredibly brave the way you embrace uncertainty when your heart is longing for answers.
Embrace the uncertainty of today,
Knowing that all you need to do is take it one breath,
One moment at a time.
Inhale deeply,
Exhale freely.
Keep coming back to this moment.
Only now matters,
Despite all you do not know.
Keep coming back right here.
This is the practice.
Feel into the safety of your stillness.
Feeling your entire body surrender to the peace that has been waiting within you.
Meeting the steadiness of your heart.
Fully receiving the gift of slowing down.
Breathe in,
Let it go.

Keep looking where the light pours in.
I know your eyes are tired and your body is tired and the world seems to move on so fast without you.
