Meditation is used as a practice to create a clearing. When all things are clear, focus and clarity are possible. When we get clear, we commit, decide, and watch the desires of our heart come to life. Clear the clutter, minimize options, and gain more focus, clarity, and insight.

Hello,

My name is Erica Jones and welcome to your guided meditation on clarity.

Clearity happens when you commit to what you want.

The whole universe moves into action and conspires to have your decisions come alive.

When you decide and commit,

It all becomes clear.

Let's begin our meditation.

Ensure you're in a comfortable seat,

Legs crossed or sitting in a chair,

Feet planted on the floor.

Bring your fingertips together,

Your thumbs pressed into each other,

Index finger,

And tent the palm of your hands.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale it out.

Meditation is an access point to be in stillness,

To get clear.

It allows us to sit and let the busyness of our mind float by,

And it becomes a natural clearing so we adjust our focus to gain more clarity.

So let's do a body scan and check in.

Start at your feet.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Maybe you have on socks,

Feel your toes within your socks.

Maybe your feet are exposed to the cool air,

Feel the air on your toes.

Feel the sensation go up your legs,

Your hips,

Belly,

Chest,

To your jaw.

Notice if you're cleansing your jaw,

Bring in softness.

Then bring awareness to your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

Soften your eyes.

And notice the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye center.

Begin to notice if you're going in and out of consciousness as you hear my voice and begin to laser in on your focus.

Notice if you're resisting that focal point,

The softness focal point,

Or are you allowing clarity to come in?

Wherever you are,

Come back to seeing with your eyes closed.

And maybe a color arises.

See it without figuring it out.

And if you don't see it,

Let go of the judgment.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out.

Breath in.

Exhale it out.

One last time,

Inhale.

Exhale.

At the bottom of your exhale,

Release the color and let it go by.

In stillness,

You will hear the truth.

In stillness,

You will see clarity and truth.

Bring your hands to heart center.

Audio could be a bit better but I didn't mind cause it seemed softer this way. Really great meditation, I will come back!
