Let's do a self-exploration meditation on niraham,
Aham and idam.
Absence of I-ness,
I-ness and That-ness.
You will need a small bell and a fruit for this self-exploration.
Let the eyes of the waker close.
Allow the waker to relax.
Take a step beyond the waker to the stand of the witness of the waker.
Stay there in silence.
Recognize that the aham is the I-ness,
The I-sense.
It is in the center.
It is the ego,
Aham.
The knowingness that knows the aham is niraham,
Devoid of I-ness.
It is the peripheral field of observation.
It is devoid of an observer,
Devoid of the ego.
The niraham knows the aham.
Are you able to figure out the subtle demarcation between aham or I-ness and niraham,
The absence of I-ness?
Aham is the superimposition on the reality of niraham.
Are you able to see it?
Niraham,
Localized,
Is aham.
Consciousness,
Seeking itself,
Localizes into a subtle form,
The I-ness.
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory idea of a tangible sensory wave.
A heaviness sensation is perceived.
The assumption of body arises.
Aham has localized itself to aham shariram.
The I-ness has localized itself to I am the body.
Aham shariram is the superimposition on aham.
I am the body is a superimposition on I.
Are you able to see this?
The I-ness or aham projects an idea of a sensory wave of feeling.
The feeling is perceived and assumed to be the mind.
Aham localizes itself to aham manah.
The I localizes itself to I am the mind.
Aham manah is the superimposition on the aham.
I am the mind is the superimposition on I.
Are you able to see this superimposition?
The I-ness or aham projects an idea of the sensory wave of thought.
A thought is perceived and is assumed to be the mind.
Aham localizes itself to aham manah.
The I-ness localizes itself to I am the mind.
Aham manah is the superimposition on aham.
I am the mind is a superimposition on I.
Are you able to see this yet?
This completes the manifestation of the experiencer.
The body-mind is the experiencer.
The next desire is to create the object of experience or experience.
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory sensory wave of smell.
And an illusory sensory wave of the form of the olfactory object or the odor object.
The projected odor is perceived and is assumed to belong to a particular object of smell.
The projected form is perceived and is assumed to be the object of smell.
Thus idam is born and aham experiences idam.
That is born and I experiences that.
The world of odor objects is superimposed on the I.
Gandha jagat is superimposed on aham.
Are you able to see this?
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory sensory wave of taste.
And an illusory sensory wave of the form of the gustatory object.
The object of taste.
The projected flavor is perceived and is assumed to belong to a particular taste object.
The projected form is perceived and is assumed to be the object of taste.
Aham experiences idam.
I experience that.
The world of taste objects is the superimposition on the I.
Rasa jagat is superimposed on aham.
Are you able to see this?
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory sensory wave of touch.
And an illusory sensory wave of the form of the tactile object.
The object of touch.
The projected texture is perceived and is assumed to belong to a particular tactile object.
The projected form is perceived and is assumed to be the object of touch.
Aham experiences idam.
I experience that.
The sparsha jagat is superimposed on aham.
The world of touch objects is superimposed on the I.
Are you able to see it yet?
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory sensory wave of sound.
And an illusory sensory wave of the form of the auditory object or object of sound.
The projected sound is perceived and is assumed to belong to a particular auditory object.
The projected form is perceived and is assumed to be the object of sound.
Aham experiences idam.
I experience that.
The shabd jagat is superimposed on aham.
The world of sound objects is superimposed on I.
The I-ness or aham projects an illusory sensory wave of sight.
And an illusory sensory wave of the form of the visual object or object of sight.
The projected form is perceived and assumed to belong to a particular visual object.
Aham experiences idam.
I experience that.
The world of visual objects is superimposed on the I.
Roop jagat is superimposed on aham.
Are you able to see this yet?
Are you able to distinguish between niraham,
Aham and idam?
Are you able to distinguish between absence of I-ness,
I-ness and that-ness?
Are you able to rip off the illusion from the reality?
There was never a snake.
It was always a rope.
Similarly,
There is never aham nor idam.
There is only niraham,
The absence of I-ness,
The knowingness,
The peripheral observation field devoid of an observer.
Only niraham.
Are you able to see this?
Localization of the consciousness into I,
The mind,
The body and the world is only knowledge.
There are no real objects like the body,
Mind or world.
Is it your direct seeing that the body,
The mind,
The world are only equal to knowledge?
Maintaining this stand,
Let the eyes of the waker open.
Experiment with the fruit.
Are you able to recognize the superimpositions of touch,
Smell,
Sight and taste?
Are you able to see this fruit as only knowledge?
Pick up the bell and ring it.
Are you able to recognize the superimpositions of sight,
Sound and touch?
Are you able to see everything as simply knowledge?
Keep experimenting with the so-called waking world objects until the superimposition breaks away.
Quit not until the superimposition sublates.
Quit not until the superimposition sublates.
Quit not until the superimposition sublates.
