If you're not sleeping,

You're going to sleep.

If you're not sleeping,

If you are awake and you notice that silence in between two streams of thought,

That is the moment you have gone in Sakshi.

Who is watching the thoughts?

Who knows that the thoughts are there?

Who knows that now there is no thought?

And who knows,

Oh,

After this gap again the thought came up.

You are the knower.

You don't have to make an additional effort really.

The only effort that you have to make is not getting involved in the thought and just being knowingly the knower,

Being knowingly the awareness.
