Come into your body, Come into your being. Feel your spine rising up. Feel yourself steady on your sit bone. Feel your legs and your feet. Your shoulders, Arms and hands relaxed. Your neck easily balanced. Your head just pivoting gently. So you feel a lightness of being and an alignment as you sit. Allow the breath to come into your body through the top of your head and through your body pouring down like water flowing down smoothly. And releasing, Releasing the breath, The energy through your legs and feet into the earth. Like a waterfall of energy coming into your body and flowing through you so that wherever you feel any heaviness or tension or just sensation in your body, This energy, This flow touches that area and it releases and unwinds. You can let go, Exhaling and feeling that flow out through your legs and feet into the earth. Bringing more energy into your body, Letting it unwind. Releasing from the inside, Feeling peaceful and calm in your body. Allowing that movement down through your legs and feet into the earth. Stay with the breath and keep replenishing your energy, Refreshing your body, Cleansing, Releasing, Unwinding. So that as you scan your body, You feel more peaceful and calm. Stay with the breath and bring your awareness into the heart. Feeling the breath in and out of your heart. Allowing your heart to activate and feeling the sensation in the center of your heart. There is an activation, A warmth, A sense of peace, Joy, Love, Appreciation starting to emanate from the very center of your heart and gently expanding with every breath so that your heart takes up more space in your body and all around your body, Extending out into space. Stay with your breath, Feel your heart awakening, Feel the brightness of warmth, The light of the heart radiating all around you, Feel that love. So that as you scan your body and feel your heart, You experience yourself as peace and love. Stay with the breath, A relaxed body, A warm expansive heart and bring more of your awareness to your mind. Imagine lighting a light in the center of your brain and see this light shining bright in every direction. Follow the rays of the light out further and further out. Further out than the eye can see and feel that brightness, The spaciousness. Allow your awareness to open and relax and discover this very natural feeling of pure awareness, Spacious awareness, Bright awareness. And feel yourself elevating in consciousness as you do so. Experience your body peaceful, Your heart loving and your mind open and bright. Take another deep breath in and as you exhale, Imagine going up a step onto an even higher level of consciousness, An elevated state of mind where you can experience, You can see, Hear, Feel and know the way that your soul does. Take a moment to arrive. Notice how does it feel? What do you see? What do you sense? Allow your senses to reveal to you impressions, Sights, Sounds, Feelings and sensations. The awareness is there and you're now listening, You're seeing, You're feeling, You're sensing with all your senses. And call on your spirit guides and angels to come. Call on your allies from the natural realms to come. Notice what arises, Notice who comes, Notice what is there. It may just be a feeling, A sensation, A gentle impression, Just be open and curious. This is a mystery. But it's a mystery that you can know in your being. And call on your ancestry, Your heritage. Who is there who wants to assist you as you connect with your soul gifts and your purpose for this life? Look around, Feel around. It may already be a very, Very busy place as lots and lots of helpful presences are gathering to assist you. Now one of those spirit guides, One of those allies, One of those helpers is going to lead you onto a higher plane still. Imagine going up some steps, As though you're going up a small hill. Notice what the steps look like. Notice how far up you're going. At the top of the stairs there is an opening and in the middle of it there is a throne. See what that throne looks like. Notice that the throne is in the center of a pillar of light. It's as though it has its own spotlight shining exactly on it. Notice that light. What is the color of the light? Is it one color? Is it many colors? Your guide is indicating, Inviting you to take a seat. This is your throne and this is your very personal connection with your own highest aspect of self and source itself. So take a seat and feel how it feels now to be sat on this highest place, Bathed in this light. All these helpers and guides around you gathering to assist you and to help you to get clarity. And so imagine that one of those spirits, Guides, Allies is coming, Is coming up those steps coming to you and they have a gift to show you. This first gift is showing you your biggest quality, What can bring you a lot of joy. It's a quality that feels like you more than anything else. So allow yourself to receive that and look at it and feel it. How does it look like? What does it feel like? Now this information can also come to you telepathically. It can also come as an image, As though someone is projecting into a mental screen the image showing you what it is. Maybe it comes as a memory. You are suddenly reminded of a time when you really felt that quality, You really felt that joy of being yourself. So allow yourself to take that in. Feel in your heart, Feel how this feels as you receive this insight, This transmission. How does it feel in your heart? And you can thank this guide and see another one coming, Another being, Another helper springing something else to you. And this represents an important theme in your life. It's a little bit like a puzzle. It's something that is maybe requiring a kind of solution from you, A kind of finding a way to open it, To see what's really inside. So allow yourself to receive this either as an object or something else or as an impression, As an image, A mental image, A memory or something different. This is showing you an important theme that will unlock and reveal its treasure to you. Allow that impression to come, Allow those feelings to come. Feel in your heart, Feel in your being. Notice what arises in you. You can thank this guide, This helper. And now a third being is going to come and show you in some way, Either give you something or show you something or appear as something which represents your greatest offering, What it looks like and what it feels like and how you will know when you have offered the greatest gift that you have to offer because this will give you great satisfaction. This is your way of sharing your love and seeing it reach another, Seeing it become something for another and with another. So allow that impression to come, Allow that gift to come. Feel it. How do you know yourself from within as you enter that experience, That quality? Do that impression, Notice. This can become your inspiration moving forward. This will be a clue when you feel as you will know. You are offering your greatest gift. So you can thank this guide and all the other presences that are there supporting you. And as you sit back on your throne and allow all this insight, All this feeling to land, Integrate deeper, You become more aware of that light that has been shining on you all this time and you look up and it shines into your third eye so that all you see is light, Bright light and you feel the love in that light. You feel the healing, You feel the divine presence, You feel the mystery in that light. You have no words to describe what it feels like but you know it intimately. And this now gives you everything else that you need to know, Everything else that you need to have, Everything else that you will need, All the materials, All the resources, All the insight and wisdom that you can start to live, Express, Embody your highest expression. So feel that blessing, Receive that blessing. Feel this grace touching you and infusing your every cell, Feel the joy emanating and feel this eagerness to do this. And perhaps this is the time, Perhaps this is the time to make a conscious commitment to align all of your life as a human being in your life now to bring it to this vibration, To this level of awareness and to this greatest connection with all and with source. Be open to receive some inspiration or insight, Perhaps some words, Perhaps some other message will arise in you or just annoying, A kind of click inside where you know you've made that connection. So now that you're energized and have received all these gifts, All these activations, All these downloads, You can imagine rising up from your throne again, Descending, Again surrounded with all these helpful beings that are cheering you on, So happy to be sharing this journey with you and to be there with you. Feel yourself part of this greater family. Feel how you're not alone. Feel how all the universe is conspiring to help you and so many souls love you so much, So unconditionally. And so come again to that soul place. You can say goodbye to all the helpers and keep just the one, Your angel, Your guardian angel. And feel the angel's reassurance and protection and absolute faith in you and absolute appreciation in you. Remember you have this presence next to you all the time, So you can feel reassured and protected, Loved. And you can ask your angel to guide you and to intervene if you need extra help and to help organize circumstances for you and line up opportunities, People, Places for you and help you to receive those messages more strongly and to tune in so that you can lead your life in a more graceful and loving way. And so now you can have a little mini goodbye for now, A hug, And feel yourself coming again into your body. Feel your presence behind your eyes. Feel your presence in your heart. Feel your presence in your belly, Your suit bones. Think if you depress and feel this new feeling in your body. And very gently starting to move a little bit. Allowing some movement. Gently coming back. Opening the eyes. Looking around, Still feeling that beautiful feeling in you. Closing the eyes again, Staying with that feeling. Opening the eyes. Looking around with this new feeling in you. Closing the eyes again, Still with that feeling. And opening your eyes and still having that beautiful feeling inside, Ready to come back into the room, Into your body and into your life.
