Welcome to this meditation in which you'll get to remember and meet your yin and your yang.
Feel your body.
Feel your thighs,
Your legs,
Your stomach,
Your chest.
Feel your shoulders.
Feel your head.
And now pay attention to your breath.
Watch your breath.
A fundamentally yin activity,
Watching your breath.
A very yin activity.
Observing how the inhale turns into the exhale and vice versa.
Watching that beautiful flow.
Connecting to that flow to connect to yin.
And say,
I welcome all the yin that's in me.
And I welcome all the yang that's in me.
I acknowledge the yang strength in the universe.
And I acknowledge the yin strength in the universe.
I feel it in the world and I feel it in me.
And put a hand on your heart,
Find stillness.
The stillness of yin.
And feel that your body is ready to spring to action.
Very much like yang.
Feel the physical strength of your shoulders,
Your torso,
Your arms,
Yang.
Feel how physically massive you are,
Yang.
The structure of your body is yang.
Your hands are strong.
Your jaw is strong.
Your spine is straight.
Feel your calves.
That's yang energy.
And say,
Yang energy,
You are welcome.
I welcome you.
And feel your breath.
Feel your rhythm.
Feel your stillness.
Feel your flow.
That's the yin in you.
Feel your endless potential for creativity.
And your connection with yourself.
And the deep peace that's inside you underneath all experiences.
And welcome the yin inside you.
Welcome the strength that's inside you at all times.
Feel that both are at play.
You can call on either one in any moment.
Feel that you have yin strength and you have yang strength.
And you are a woman.
A strong woman that can use both.
Feeling your own power.
Feeling your own energy.
Your strength physically.
The strength of your emotions.
The strength of your creativity.
The strength of your ability to create and feel and know.
The strength of your intuition.
The strength of your physical body.
And take a deep breath in.
A deep breath out through the mouth.
And coming back now to the here and now.
