Thank you for being here.
Thank you for showing up and committing to creating real change in your life.
I use this tool with my clients post-havening session.
This helps to encode new pleasant thought patterns and create new neural pathways in the brain.
These powerful statements of truth will help you to live an amazing life and most importantly build resilience.
Adding the Havening Touch will help to encode them up to three times faster.
Important information before we get started is that this recording is not to be listened to whilst driving.
The process will take around 10 minutes so please allow yourself to not be disturbed.
Take the time just for you.
This is a self-soothing tool created to help empower yourself.
So let's get started.
For the Havening Touch gently stroke your shoulders to elbows in a downward motion like you would nurture a baby,
Someone you loved or an elderly person.
Soft strokes,
On average one stroke per session.
So sit comfortably and bring your attention to your breath.
Imagine a place where you just love being,
Somewhere you feel safe,
Calm and at peace.
And just get a picture of that place you love being right now.
Bringing your attention to your breath and as you breathe in letting the belly expand and breathe out,
Belly relax.
There should be no force or push of your abdominal muscles and continue to breathe in and out.
Remembering to haven yourself through this whole Affirmational Havening process.
Now forget all about your breath and repeat after me.
I am unique.
I feel good about being alive and being me.
Life is fun and rewarding.
I hold myself to the highest esteem.
I love challenges.
They bring out the best in me.
Every day is a blessing.
I choose to be happy right now.
I love my life.
I appreciate everything I have.
I live in joy.

Using your shoulders to elbows,
Your cheeks or your palms wherever you feel most comfortable and mixing them up whenever you feel cold.

It's great 👍 would have loved a more in-depth explanation of havening, what it is, what it does, but most of all alternate ways to do it well, beyond strokes down the arms.

wonderful, would be nice if you could do another one but longer? maybe focus on the breath more and including longer periods of imaginative thought. but brilliant regardless nice empowerment

Absolutely wonderful, thank you. The havening addition is something I’ve never tried, though it felt quite natural to me, comforting and warming. It would be interesting if someone else’s touch was used. I look forward to practicing this again. 😊🙏💗

I have done this meditation now 8-10 times. I didn’t realize I’m suppose to stroke my arms the whole way through, I thought it was “once” per session. I just did it for ten minutes and I feel so warm and like I’m energized. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Updated comment: I very much appreciate this meditation, it makes me feel better.
