Hello and welcome to this New Moon Guided Meditation.

You may begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can choose to sit or lay down.

And start by taking some slow,

Deep breaths to center yourself.

Really tuning in to the mind-body connection,

The flow of the breath through the body.

Feeling yourself soften with each exhale.

Grounding yourself to the present moment with each inhale.

And now,

I would invite you to bring your awareness to the cycle that has just completed.

Visualize the moon moving through all of its phases,

Full,

Waning,

And now new.

I would invite you to take a moment to reflect on the lessons you've learned,

Or the things you may have gained from the past cycle.

It may have been growth,

Challenges,

Clarity,

Or insight.

Take a moment to honor these experiences,

Acknowledging that everything that has happened has led you to this moment.

You can choose to extend gratitude for these experiences,

Or release any pain that might linger on your next exhale.

The cycle is complete.

And now imagine the sky above you,

Dark and clear,

Ready to birth a new moon.

Feel the energy of new beginnings stirring in the air around you.

You are standing at the threshold of a fresh cycle,

A blank canvas.

What intentions would you like to set?

What do you wish to see come true in this new cycle?

See if you can identify one clear goal that resonates deeply within your heart.

What would it look like for this intention to come to fruition?

Take a moment to notice what it might feel like to have this come to life,

Holding this vision in your heart for a moment,

Allowing it to grow stronger with each breath.

Intentions are the seed,

But actions are the water that helps them grow.

You may want to ask yourself,

What small actions can I take to support this new intention?

It may be a simple step,

An action that aligns with the direction you're heading.

It might be a shift in your mindset,

A commitment to consistency,

Or a new habit to embrace.

Visualize yourself taking these steps with ease,

With grace,

And with the confidence that you are capable of making them happen.

Feel the empowerment of moving forward,

Knowing you are aligning yourself with the flow of the universe.

Take a final moment to breathe deeply,

Feeling the connection between your heart,

Your intention,

And the energy of the new moon.

Acknowledging the space you've created for growth,

For change,

For strengthening your vision for the future,

Knowing that this is the beginning of a beautiful,

Ongoing journey.

Carry the energy of this new cycle with you,

Trusting that everything will unfold exactly as it should.
