Hello and welcome to this sound bath meditation.
I invite you to relax,
Close your eyes and take in three deep breaths.
As you draw to close the end of your third breath,
I invite you to set an intention for your sound bath journey today.
Throughout the sound bath you will hear relaxing sounds from Tibetan singing bowls to Koshi chimes to Crystal singing bowls and then egg shaker to finish.
I will bring you out of the meditation once we're done.
But for now please lie down,
Relax and enjoy.

Take a deep deep deep breath into your belly.
Start to bring some movement back to your limbs now as you come back into your physical body.
Slowly slowly start wiggling your fingers and your toes.
