Welcome to my full moon meditation.
In this meditation I'm going to be helping you to release and let go of anything that's no longer serving you under this full moon tonight.
And of course if you're doing this meditation on a day before or day after the full moon don't worry this still works.
This is a great meditation that you can do each and every full moon to support you and your manifestations.
I first of all want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed without the duration of our meditation.
And when you're ready you can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in.
And on the exhale just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
We're going to do this in equal measure so breathing in for five seconds,
Holding for five seconds and releasing for five seconds.
If at any point this feels unmanageable then please reduce this to an amount of time that feels right to you.
You should now start to feel relaxed and I want you through your mind's eye with your eyes closed still to see yourself walking through a beautiful forest at night.
And as you walk through this clearing and this forest you see the full moon shining above you illuminating the forest with beautiful moon energy.
And as you continue to walk through this forest you enter into a clearing where the full moon is shining down in its full glory.
And in the center of this clearing as you continue walking forwards you see a fire pit and some seats around the campfire.
You walk towards this now and take a seat around the campfire.
And now you're going to call in your angels and spirit guides for the highest good of all to join you in this meditation and help you.
And as your spirit guides and angel team enter the space greet them in a way that feel to you.
And they now sit alongside you by the campfire.
And I first of all just want to take a big deep breath in and on the exhale just let it all go.
Let any stresses from your day so far go,
Let anything troubling you go now put it down for the duration of this meditation.
And now your angels and spirit guides are going to pass you a piece of paper and a pen.
And they want you to write down on this piece of paper what you're ready to release and let go of in this full moon.
This could be people,
This could be situations,
This could be feelings,
Emotions,
It could even be some healing that you've been doing recently.
Write down anything that you feel called to let go of now on this piece of paper.
And once you're ready I want you to just think of what are you ready to release?
What are you ready to let go of tonight under this beautiful full moon?
And when you're ready you can place this piece of paper onto the campfire in front of you now and see this paper burn and dissolve to a crisp.
As this paper burns in front of you now it is releasing,
It is clearing,
It is allowing whatever you wrote on this piece of paper to be released from you now and cleared and transmuted up to the divine.
And now the moon above you shines down from above and shines its beautiful moon energy onto you surrounding you fully now.
This beautiful moon energy is charging you,
It is igniting you with the beauty of its power and allowing you to fully embrace this full moon energy now.
This full moon is illuminating any areas,
Any shadowy areas that need your attention right now and is helping you to release this with its power.
And the moon's beam now goes back up to the moon and leaves you.
And I want you through your mind's eye once again to think of three things that you're grateful for this month.
So what three things have happened for you this month that you feel really grateful for?
See these now in your mind and give thanks for each one and what a blessing it is in your life.
And I now want you to think about what you would like to improve on in the next two weeks until the new moon.
What would you really like to improve on before this next new moon?
Think about this now.
And I now want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat these in your waking life then please feel free to do so but for now all you need to do is repeat these out loud after me.
I am willing and ready to release what no longer serves me.
Under this full moon I release anything that stops me from manifesting my dreams.
The full moon cleanses and charges me.
Every exhale I let go of something that weighs me down.
And as you allow the energy of these affirmations to surround you now I just want you to take a big deep breath in and on the exhale let it all go.
Let anything go that needs to be released now.
And again take a big deep breath cleansing breath in and on the exhale let everything go now.
And your guides and angel team now get up from around the campfire and you say goodbye to them in a way that feels right to you and thank them for their help today.
And now your angels and spirit guides walk off and dissolve into the light fully.
And as you start to come back into your body you can start to move your hands and start to move your feet and really feel yourself grounding back in to this beautiful full moon energy in the space that you're in now.
Feel this energy in your body as you continue to ground in.
Move your shoulders,
Move your hands,
Start to move your feet and feel yourself grounded and calm in your body.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
