Welcome to my spring equinox meditation.
I first of all just want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of this meditation.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes and start to take deep breaths in.
And on the exhale,
Just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
And we're going to do this in equal measure,
So breathing in for five seconds,
Holding for five seconds and releasing for five seconds.
If at any point this feels unmanageable,
Then please reduce it to an amount of time that feels right to you.
You should now start to feel relaxed.
And I want you through your mind's eye,
With your eyes closed,
To see yourself walking through a beautiful open field.
You can see blue skies above you and a gentle warm glow from the sun.
You feel a gentle spring breeze and you notice that change is in the air and that shift and change is happening all around you as you look across this beautiful field.
And as you walk through the long grass in this field,
Just noticing the earth underneath your feet,
You see a stream up ahead.
And as you walk towards this stream,
You notice the wind starts to pick up a little bit.
And this is the wind of change and shift and spring,
Clearing anything away from you now from winter that felt dense or heavy.
You just feel winter lifting right off you as you walk further towards the stream now.
And as you approach the stream,
You kneel down and place your hands in the stream water.
This cool and refreshing water is now once again clearing and washing away any heaviness or density,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
And you now take a seat on the edge of the stream and dangle your feet in the stream.
And once again,
You just feel any heaviness or any density simply melting away and going down the stream.
And as you take a moment to embrace the beautiful air and spring around you,
And how light you feel,
Just grounding in and feeling so at ease and at peace watching the world go by.
And you notice next to you now is a pile of autumnal or winter leaves.
And these leaves are ready to be let go.
And you see a pen next to this pile of leaves.
And you pick up this pen and I want you to write down on these leaves anything now that you're ready to energetically,
Physically or spiritually let go of.
Anything that you want to leave in this astrological year and anything from winter that you're ready to shake off and release.
Write down any emotions,
Feelings,
Situations that you're ready to release and let go of.
And you now place these leaves into the stream and just gently let them float down as they're being carried away from you and the energy being cleared and transmuted.
And taking a big deep cleansing breath in.
And on the exhale,
Releasing and letting it all go now.
And when you're ready,
I want you to stand up.
And you notice to your left,
A beautiful path that leads to an enclosed garden.
And you begin to walk down this path now.
And as you enter this beautiful walled garden,
This is your garden of intention,
Where you can plant your seeds of intention and watch them grow.
As you journey deeper into this garden,
Just notice the beautiful flowers,
The grass and nature that's beginning to flourish in your garden.
And up ahead,
You notice a small bedding area that's clear with seeds and a spade ready to be planted.
And you walk over to this bedding area now.
And these golden seeds that you're going to plant are your seeds of intention.
So I want you as you hold each seed to place an intention in these golden seeds.
And these intentions could be for the next three months,
Up until summer solstice.
Or it could be for the next 12 months,
The new astrological year.
See what you feel called to place in these seeds.
And as you hold each one,
Placing your intentions in them,
I want you to feel the emotions.
Feel the manifestation.
And feel all the goodness that you're placing in these seeds.
And you can now begin to plant these seeds into the soil,
Leaving enough space in between them.
And once again,
Reaffirming the intention with that seed.
You can use the spade that's there for you to dig these holes.
And once the seed is firmly in the ground,
You can pat the soil over with your hand.
And just breathing into this space of beautiful creation and intention,
Feeling how good it feels to place these beautiful seeds in the ground.
And know that now that spring is here,
These seeds are being actioned.
They're starting to bloom and you'll see movement and green lights from the universe now.
And you feel ready to take action with these desires too.
You feel inspired and motivated to water this beautiful garden now and see these beautiful flowers blossom into your desires.
And you feel a gentle breeze,
The spring air,
Come around you now and over this patch of bedding where you've planted your seeds of intention.
And the wind of change,
The spring air,
Brings with it a golden white energy that is now swirling all around where you've planted these seeds.
And this spring wind is bringing in change,
Is bringing in new beginnings and supercharging your intentions so that you start to see movement and progress with these now.
And just notice how you feel as this wind of golden white light is surrounding these desires and yourself now.
And the wind now moves on and moves to another space in the garden.
And as you sit now around this bedding still,
With your seeds of intention planted,
I want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat them in your waking life then please feel free to do so.
But for now,
Just repeat them with me.
I welcome in change and new beginnings with ease.
I am ready to action and see my desires manifest.
I am stepping into my most abundant season yet.
I am releasing winter and letting go of anything no longer serving me.
And taking a big deep cleansing breath in.
And on the exhale,
Letting it all go now,
Releasing,
Letting go of any heaviness and anything from this meditation now that's ready to be released.
And just notice how you feel now versus when you started this meditation.
How much lighter you feel,
How much brighter and how much more inspired you feel by these beautiful seeds that you've planted.
And I want you now to place your hands on your heart space,
Either through your mind's eye or in the physical,
And just breathe in these intentions.
Breathe in these new beginnings.
Breathing in the change.
Breathing in the spring equinox energy.
And knowing now is time to take action.
See the rebirth in your life and welcome beautiful new beginnings in.
And as you start to come back into your body,
You can just start to move your hands and start to move your feet.
Just feel yourself gradually grounding back in.
Feeling yourself on the bed or seat that you're in.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
