An original poem by Leah Kumayama. This is about building self-empathy in the face of adversity and creating a more peaceful world through imagination and creativity. If we believe in peace, we can create it, and we must begin with the breath and connect with the self. Together we are empathy.

Great poem! I love what you are telling here. I do believe we only hear it when we are open to the message. I think it’s madness how such a big part of society just believes what we’ve been told, and not question this at all. A lot of people who believe in the dark-side you are describing I think will not here the message of love, trust and empathy that you are actually sharing here. We can do it, together! I believe your poem is strong, and so are you. Let the love shine ☀️
