To breathe,
And to reconnect with the wisdom within you.
This meditation is your doorway back to the quiet truth of who you are,
An energetic being,
A conscious creator,
And a soul that knows how to return to peace.
There's nothing you need to achieve in this moment.
Simply allow yourself to soften,
To open,
And to let your energy settle into its natural state of calm and clarity.
Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And gently draw your awareness inward.
Let's begin.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And take a long,
Easy breath out through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your whole body begin to settle into the support beneath you.
With your next breath,
Allow yourself to become aware of your mind.
Not the stories,
Not the thoughts themselves,
Just the movement of the mind.
Thoughts drifting in,
Thoughts drifting out,
Like ripples moving across a quiet lake.
There's nothing you need to chase,
Nothing you need to fix.
Just notice and soften.
Now gently shift your attention to your energy,
The subtle field surrounding your body.
You may feel warmth,
Tingling,
Openness,
Or maybe nothing at all.
Whatever you notice is perfect.
Imagine your energy as a gentle glow around you,
Responding to your breath,
Expanding with every inhale,
Calming with every exhale.
And with your next breath,
I want you to ask yourself this question,
What would it feel like to let go?
What would it feel like to let go of all the tension,
Of all the worries,
Of all the old stories and old fears,
Even just for this moment?
You don't need an answer.
Just allow the question to soften something inside you.
Now bring your awareness to the quiet space beneath your thoughts,
The space where stillness lives,
Where your nervous system rebalances,
Where your intuition speaks and whispers.
Rest in that space now.
Now feel yourself returning to your natural frequency,
The frequency of peace,
Of presence,
Of truth.
Take one more slow,
Intentional breath,
Letting it fill your entire being.
And then release it,
Letting go just a little more.
In a moment,
I'm going to leave you with several minutes of pure,
Uninterrupted space.
Let this be your time to breathe,
To feel,
To listen,
To simply be.
Allow the music to hold you,
Support you,
And help you deepen into stillness.
