Bravery is needed to walk the path of life and in order to be strong enough to carry out our life purpose, we must incorporate a powerful practice that is empowering and help us to realise our power. In this meditation, I will be helping you to embody the characteristics of a lion, its strength and courage.

You are a lion. Do you want to know why you are a lion? Because you have made it to this present moment. The courage that you have had to display to be here right now is phenomenal. We often don't give ourselves enough credit for the things that we have achieved in our lives. I want you to stand tall and imagine yourself looking out across the savannah, Proud like a lion. Repeat after me, I am courageous like a lion. I am courageous like a lion. I am courageous like a lion. I am courageous like a lion. I am courageous like a lion. I want you to embody the strength of the lion. Imagine it filling you with power. Really feel what it's like to be proud and strong and realizing your potential. A feeling of empowerment. Remind yourself of your journey, Where you have been, What you have done. Think of all your successes. You are so courageous. Don't doubt yourself. Stand tall with pride. I want you to take this feeling, This strength forward with you into the rest of your days. Every time someone makes you feel small, Every time you feel low or depressed or feel like less of a person, Take yourself back to this feeling, This reminder. I am courageous like a lion. We need to make sure that our mind is working with this honest belief system about who you are. Because there's always a voice going on in the back of our minds. It's either working with you or against you. If you want to eradicate that self-doubt, Then you need to tell yourself every day that you are a lion, You are strong, You are powerful. Remind yourself of the incredible courageous journey that you've been on in your life to get to where you are right now. Your successes, Everything. It needs to be at the forefront of everything you do so when the hard times come, You can remind yourself of who you truly are. And that way the hard times won't be quite so hard.
