What you'll need is a chair,
An open heart,
And five minutes.
Let's get started.
I sit at the end of the chair.
We're going to take a deep breath in here.
And exhale.
One more deep breath in.
Through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
On your next inhale,
Bring your hands on your knees.
We're going to inhale,
Head up,
Chest up,
Your hands towards your hips.
Exhale,
We're going to release belly button to your spine,
Rounding your back,
Tucking your head in.
Two more.
Inhale,
We rise.
Exhale,
We release.
Inhale we rise.
Exhale release.
Beautiful.
On the next inhale,
Bring your hands arms out.
Exhale,
Release.
We have two more.
Inhale out.
Mind you,
You're opening out,
Looking up,
Chest up.
Exhale,
Belly button to your spine.
Inhale up.
And exhale release.
On your next inhale,
We're gonna bring our hands up towards the sky.
On the exhale,
We're gonna drop that right hand down.
We're gonna lean over towards the right side,
Two breaths.
Inhale,
Maybe you're looking up at the ceiling or the sky.
Exhale.
One more inhale.
Maybe we can go a little bit further.
Exhale,
Arms up.
And then goal posts on the exhale.
Beautiful.
Inhale,
We rise.
Back up,
Friends.
Exhale that left hand down.
Bring that right hand up more.
Exhale over and up.
Deep breath in.
And exhale.
One more.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Bring that.
Right arm or left arm back up now goalposts.
Beautiful.
Inhale,
We rise back up.
We're gonna do a little twist,
So bring that left hand on the outside of that right knee,
Bring that right hand back.
For a nice twist.
Maybe you're looking back behind your back shoulder.
We have two breaths.
Inhale.
And exhale.
One more deep breath in.
And exhale.
Beautiful.
Let's bring those hands back up.
Inhale.
Exhale,
Goal pose.
Inhale,
We're back up.
Exhale,
We switch over the opposite side.
So right hand on the outside of that left leg,
Left hand out,
Deep breath in.
And exhale.
One more.
Inhale in.
And exhale.
Alright friends,
Hands back up into the sky,
Deep breath,
Exhale,
Bow over,
Touch your toes,
Forward fold.
Coming all the way back up,
Inhale.
Exhale,
Touch.
One more deep breath in.
Look up,
Hands up,
Exhale,
We bow.
Now we come back up.
All right.
Inhale,
Right leg up and down.
Left leg up.
And down.
All right,
Check the difference.
Right leg up.
And out.
And down inhale left leg up And outs.
Back exhale down all right one more inhale right leg up and out.
