Sit comfortably with your eyes closed and your hands on your lap.

Take a deep,

Slow,

And controlled breath.

Breathing into both your chest and your stomach simultaneously,

And exhale slowly.

Continue breathing in this manner at your own pace and allow any tension you may have in your body to begin to drop off.

Focus first on your face.

Allow any tension on your face to drop and begin to relax.

Relax your neck and shoulders.

Feel how good it feels to let go of any tightness you may have and relax.

Relax your back,

Chest,

And abdomen.

Relax your buttocks and pelvic area.

Relax your thighs,

Lower legs,

And feet.

Once again,

Exhale any tension you may have in your body.

Let it all go.

Now focus on your breath.

Feel how good it feels to be able to breathe clear,

Life-giving air.

Feel how good it feels to sense the life force in your lungs and all over your entire body.

Feel how vibrant the life force energy is.

Now feel how good it is to have physical capacity.

Think about all the great things you are able to do with your body and feel how good it feels to be able to do them.

Feel the life force in your body.

Give thanks for health and life.

Relax your neck and shoulders.

Relax your back.

Now feel how good it is to have material possessions and the benefit,

Utility,

And fun that they bring into your life.

Give thanks for all the wonderful material things you have in your life.

Now feel how good it feels to have financial means,

The comfort and conveniences that advise you,

The security that it affords you,

The food and other basic necessities that it brings.

Give thanks for having financial means.

Feel how good it feels to have friends,

Family,

And loved ones.

Feel the warmth of love and friendship.

Give thanks for those who bring love and joy into your life.

Now feel how good it feels to be part of this universe,

To be an intrinsic part of something so vast,

Boundless,

And eternal.

Give thanks for being both a drop in the ocean and the whole ocean itself.
