I would like you to focus your attention on a point located just above the top of your head so that you may begin to see a bright violet ball of light glowing from that area.

See the light swirling in a clockwise direction,

Eliminating any unwanted negativity and allowing positivity to take its place.

Notice the sensations you feel.

Your senses spring to new life and you start to experience your favorite sounds,

Smells,

Tastes,

Sights,

And feelings.

You start to feel vibrant and energetic,

Happy and positive with a sense of well-being all over.

As you become more relaxed with every breath,

I would like you to center all of your attention to a point located on the middle of your forehead so that you may begin to see a bright indigo light glowing from that area.

And now you may feel that point starting to tingle ever so slightly.

See the indigo light getting brighter,

Feeling it releasing any unwanted negativity and allowing positivity and gentle healing to enter that point,

Making you feel calm and centered,

Happy and positive with a balanced state of mind.

And now I would like your attention to wander to the area at the front of your throat so that you may envision a beautiful blue light glowing from that area.

See the light becoming brighter.

Notice all the sensations you're feeling here,

Releasing any unwanted negativity,

Clearing any blockages you may have,

And allowing positivity,

Energy to enter,

Sending you a gentle and warm feeling to that area,

Making you feel light and free,

Happy and positive,

And able to communicate expressively in a positive way.

Notice your attention on the area around your heart as you begin to relax.

Your increasing state of awareness grows stronger.

You imagine the color pink glowing around your heart.

As you start to open your heart chakra,

You start to experience a sense of love all around you,

Filling you with joy and happiness,

Making you feel warm inside,

Safe and secure.

You naturally release any unwanted pain or heartache as you start to find it easier to express love and kindness all around you.

You are feeling so deeply relaxed now as you start to focus all of your attention to a point just below your heart.

You see a bright yellow ball of light swirling gently in a clockwise direction so that you may feel a release of tension coming from that area.

And now imagine the feeling of peace and serenity flowing through all of your body.

Picture the wonderful feeling and sensations as they move through you and around you as you relax even further,

You become lighter,

More relaxed and positive.

You feel more confident and you have a strong feeling of self-worth and self-assurance.

And now I would like you to move your attention to a spot just above the belly button,

A bright sphere of orange swirling in any direction that works for you,

Feeling the warm glowing sensation that makes you feel good inside,

A feeling of calm and tranquility.

You feel a strong sense of self-respect and a feeling of love for yourself.

And now focus strongly your attention on the ball as you send thanks and you say goodbye.

Now center your attention on an area at the base of your spine.

Imagine a large red circle covering that area.

And now you start to become and feel more confident in every aspect of your life.

You feel courageous,

Spontaneous as you experience a sense of happiness in everything you do.

You see the beautiful vibrant red circle helping you to feel more balanced and grounded,

More able to take on life's challenges.

You're feeling grateful for all of life's experience.

And as you continue to relax,

You are aware of the sound of my voice.

And I want you to listen as I say the word calm.

And as I say the word calm,

So you begin to feel yourself becoming more calm.

At five,

Even more comfortable.

Four,

Even more relaxed and detached.

And as you feel yourself becoming more calm,

At three,

More relaxed,

More detached.

So you can allow yourself to drift a little deeper.

Two,

Just drift a little deeper into comfort and relaxation.

And one,

Into a very calm and peaceful feeling,

A very relaxed and sleepy sort of feeling.

The word calm is only a little word,

But it has such beneficial effects.

And so you feel yourself becoming more calm,

More relaxed,

Much more comfortable as you drift deeper and deeper into that calm,

Relaxed feeling.

Feeling more and more sinking down into that warm,

Soft,

Velvety feeling.

Just enjoying this wonderful calm relaxation where nothing else matters,

Where there's nothing at all to do but relax and let go.

So just let go and relax and trust in the sound of my voice.

And just think of the place where you go to sleep,

Your own bed where you can let go of the cares of the day,

Where you can close your eyes and snuggle down and feel wonderfully calm and content.

Those moments before you actually drift off to sleep as your mind wanders and images can flow in and out of your mind,

Your mind is preparing for rest,

To enter the dream world kingdom where anything and everything that you desire is possible.

You can travel through time and space.

You can be anyone else in the world.

You can visit the spiritual realm and make contact with those whom you've not seen for a long,

Long time.

But are you aware that as you dream on,

So your subconscious mind is busy with sorting out any problems you've had through the day,

Any worries,

Any cares.

You can mentally prepare yourself for the day ahead.

You can learn in your sleep,

Do anything at all that you want.

Now it's been proven that when we visualize participating in any activity,

Our brain naturally responds as though we were actively engaged in that activity.

This is why sports people use self-hypnosis and other mind expanding techniques to guide them towards success.

They are creating neural pathways in their brains,

Which once laid down,

Make it easier for them to succeed the next time around.

What I would like your subconscious to do is to create a physical response to the neural pathway by acting this out in your sleep.

And by this,

I mean allowing your body to respond to the messages received in the brain.

And you can do this even without disturbing your sleep because your mind will increase the flow of necessary hormones,

Blood,

Cell,

And tissues to create permanent and continued weight loss.

Each night as you drift off to sleep,

You can mentally turn up the speed of your metabolism by imagining a dial and turning the knob or the switch up to two or three notches,

Making this the last thing you do before going to sleep.

See the dial with the numbers and turn it up.

It's so easy to do this and then forget about it and enjoy your sleep.

Visualizing this dial in your mind before going to sleep will set off an automatic response pattern every night.

And your wonderful self-conscious mind will exercise your tummy muscles to the equivalent of 20 sit-ups at night.

And the most beautiful thing about this is that you will continue your wonderful dreams.

Some of them may even revolve around these exercises,

But they will be so enjoyable because you're exercising your tummy muscles in an easy and effortless way.

So remember,

Each night as you drift off to sleep,

Now because our dreaming process is known to occur approximately every 90 minutes and during your dreaming period,

You might do this exercise three times.

Your mind could quite easily become accustomed to exercising your body in this way so that you find your tummy muscles contracting even during waking hours in a very calm and comfortable way.

So remember,

Each night as you drift off to sleep,

Just mentally turn up the speed of your metabolism by imagining a dial and turning the knob or the switch up to two or three notches.

This is the last thing you do before going to sleep.

See the dial with the numbers and turn it up.

It's so easy to do this and then you completely forget about it and enjoy your sleep.

And visualizing this dial in your mind before going to sleep will set off an automatic response pattern every night and your wonderful subconscious mind will exercise your tummy muscles to the equivalent of 20 sit-ups a night.

And the most beautiful thing about this is that you will continue your wonderful dreams.

Some of them may even revolve around these exercises but they will be so enjoyable because you're exercising your tummy muscles in an easy and effortless way.

And of course,

Repetition is the easiest and surest way to learn.

Who knows,

You may even decide to consciously recreate this experience during your waking hours.

And the more you do it,

The more effective this exercise becomes,

The fitter you are,

The more energy you have and those tummy muscles become firmer,

Your tummy is flatter and you're becoming slimmer and happier every day.

And these suggestions are firmly embedded in your subconscious mind and grow stronger and stronger day by day,

Stronger by the day,

Stronger by the hour,

Stronger by the minute.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count from one to five and at the count of five,

You will drift off to sleep and when you awake,

You will feel refreshed and you will allow these suggestions to work for you through the night.

Drifting slowly off to sleep,

Four,

Your eyelids are heavy,

Five,

You relax and allow your body to sleep.

Off to sleep you go.
