This Divine Presence Meditation invites participants to connect deeply with the divine within and beyond, cultivating expansive awareness. The practice expands beyond the self, encompassing the Earth, solar system, galaxies, and the universe, aligning with the harmony and perfection of existence. This meditation emphasizes healing, gratitude, and connection, nurturing a sense of unity with all life. It serves as a reminder that presence, mindfulness, and divine awareness are accessible anytime, helping participants radiate love and peace in their daily lives
Transcript
Bring your attention onto the breath and body,
Just noticing the breath and noticing the body in the space you're in,
You're located,
And just paying attention to the breath gently.
You may close your eyes at this moment and you may like to take a deep breath in through the nostrils,
Feeling the lungs and the abdomen,
And then letting out slowly,
And you may notice that one deep breath will ground you and bring you a sense of ease and peace that really helps to begin the meditation.
After one deep breath you can just allow the breath to be natural,
Whatever space that it has,
If it's deep it's deep,
If it's shallow it's shallow,
Whatever it is,
Allow it to be as it is,
And maintain your attention on the breath,
Maintain the attention on the breath,
Feeling the breath,
Feeling the breath and the gentleness of the breath.
Feel the breath,
Follow the breath into the nostrils,
Follow the breath into the back of the throat,
Into the lungs,
And noticing the rising and falling of chest and belly,
The rhythmic dance of the chest and belly rising and falling,
This gentle dance of the breath.
Notice the breath is just like the cycles of life,
The beginnings and the endings and the beginnings and the endings,
The rising and the passing and the rising and the passing.
The breath is a natural reminder of the flow of life,
A flow of life.
Feel your breath,
And as you feel the breath and follow the breath into the lungs and belly,
Just expand your awareness into the chest and belly,
Bringing your attention into your whole body now,
Expanding your awareness into your extremities,
Your hands,
Your legs,
Your face and head,
Just expanding the awareness from the chest,
From the heart,
From the abdomen outwards,
Filling your whole body with presence,
Becoming totally present to every cell,
Every atom of the body,
Becoming present to every cell and every atom of the body with a sense of respect and reverence for every cell and every atom of your body from head to toe and toe to head,
Scanning down from head,
You may place your attention on the face and head and just gently scanning down the face,
Scanning down the forehead,
Noticing any sensations,
The islands and the nose and the cheeks and the chin and the lips,
The head,
The scalp,
The ears,
The neck,
The chest,
Shoulders,
Back,
Belly,
Arms and hands,
Fingers,
All the way down,
Lower back,
The thighs,
Always scanning down to the knees and calves,
Ankles and feet and toes,
Feeling yourself in the present,
In the space that you're in,
Just noticing,
Allowing,
Being present and surrendering to the body,
To the body's functioning as you continue to breathe and let yourself be as you are in this present moment,
As the way the universe allows you to be,
To begin to mirror the universe itself as you let go and surrender to the present moment as it is,
A sense of gratitude,
A sense of love that begins to emanate from the depth of your being,
Expanding,
Expanding and expanding and feel yourself expand and begin to contain your environment and feel that your environment,
The space you're in is becoming part of you and you are part of it and whatever is around you,
People,
Things,
Animate and inanimate,
Bring a sense of connection to everything around you and a sense of care and love and begin to expand this feeling of care and love and acceptance beyond the boundary of the space you're in,
Into the greater vicinity of where you are and let this loving energy to expand and heal and touch everything on its path,
Into the neighborhood,
Into the city,
Into the neighboring cities,
Expanding into your country and neighboring countries,
Bring a sense of quality of peace and love and acceptance and expanding beyond the continent that you're in,
Over the oceans,
Covering the planet,
Covering the whole planet,
A sense of love and peace and joy,
Recognizing this is the natural state of life,
The natural state of love,
The natural state of the universe,
Recognizing that this is the divine presence that permeates time and space,
Allowing things to be,
Even allowing our noisy mind and emotions to be as a group,
Our noisy minds that's constantly chattering away in the background,
Being gentle to that,
Being loving to that voice,
Instead of trying to shut it off,
Be loving to that noisy mind of yours,
Allow it to just be noisy whenever it's noisy and be quiet when it's quiet and now you're expanding beyond the boundary of the earth,
Into the solar system,
Allowing everything to be part of you,
Our planet,
Neighboring planets,
The Sun,
Allow the warmth of the Sun to be within you,
Warming up every cell and every atom,
Allow your body to contain the solar system within,
Allow yourself to expand beyond the solar system into the galaxy,
The Milky Way,
Expanding yourself,
Containing all the stars and nebulae,
Containing all the asteroids and every star and its planets inside of you and expand beyond the galaxy into neighboring galaxies,
Expanding as far as all galaxies,
Billions of them and contain them within you with a loving energy,
With a loving kind energy,
Allowing them to be as they are and notice the harmony and the peace of the universe,
As you expand,
You recognize everything is perfect as it is,
At the grand scheme of things,
There is peace and harmony and all we need to do is align ourselves and contain this peace within us,
Within our hearts and minds,
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to be as expansive as the universe itself and know that you can always expand yourself beyond the boundary of your own body and contain the whole universe,
All people,
All things with a sense of compassion and love and joy that emanates from that,
Allowing everything to be part of you,
Letting go of labels,
Letting go of labels or that society bestow upon you,
From the moment you're born and given all sorts of labels,
Letting go of all of that and instead of those labels allow yourself to be expansive and recognize the freedom that comes from that,
Recognize the joy and peace that arises from this expansive awareness that allows life to be as it is,
Allow life to be and surrender to life with the sense of trust,
A sense of trust,
Take moments during your day to become present,
Know that this meditation is accessible to you anywhere,
Anytime but now that we are here together let us appreciate this connection with each other,
Right now 40 of us meditating on peace and love and expanding ourselves into the universe,
Feeling the presence of the divine within us and in all things,
Recognizing the quality of peace and joy and love that is at the core of life and allowing that quality to permeate us,
Permeate our bodies and hearts and minds and expanding our conscious awareness with the quality of acceptance and kindness and compassion and love and openness,
Expanding this awareness beyond the boundaries of ourselves,
Beyond the boundaries and the confines of labels of gender and religion and nationality and status and wealth and all of that,
Expanding beyond that,
Expanding and recognizing our oneness with all of life,
With each other,
Recognizing the depth of our connection with each other,
No matter who we are or where we are,
What label we put on ourselves or society puts on us,
Today we're here connected from all over the world,
Practicing a meditation which is about expansiveness and peace and love that are the natural qualities of the universe and the qualities of the divine,
So let go of the mind,
Thoughts,
Of judgments,
Of self,
Others,
Situations,
Let go for a moment and allow yourself to be as expansive as the universe itself,
For at one point the universe and you were one,
We expanded into multiplicity,
Although we retained the quality of connection and oneness over time,
Since the beginning of creation,
Allow yourself to be universe,
Allow yourself to be expansive,
Because you are,
We are,
Only the mind limits us,
But at the core of our essence,
We are as vast as the universe itself,
When we let go of identification with our bodies and our minds and allow yourself to be the universe itself,
Allowing the divine to work through us in life,
Allowing ourselves to be in a surrendered state of presence,
A surrendered state of presence where the divine light can shine through our hearts and our minds and our bodies,
Let our actions be guided by the divine that is pervasive,
Infinite and allow ourselves to be filled with the light of the divine,
Expanding,
Expanding,
For this is the time for us as humanity to raise our awareness,
So that we can heal ourselves and the planet,
This is the time,
There is no other time but this moment,
To have that conscious awareness,
To raise our consciousness,
So that we can connect with the whole life,
With all of life,
And be able to nurture and take care of all things that we have access to,
With a loving,
Kind energy and quality,
And every word that we speak,
Every action we take and the quality of our being,
Quality of our presence is filled with love and peace,
And even when we fail,
When we fall,
We bring the same quality of love and peace and forgiveness to ourselves,
Recognizing that our bodies and our minds have some level of limitation and some level of imperfection and that's just the nature of it,
But we also recognize our completeness and perfection beyond the limitations of the mind and the body,
And that part of us,
Our higher self that is connected to the divine,
Can nourish and nurture and heal this limited mind and body,
As well as the limited mind and body of those around us,
Those who also suffer from the imperfection,
The limitations,
The delusions that we also suffer from,
So there's the quality of love and forgiveness that permeates us and permeates the space,
That is the quality of the divine,
That is the quality of the divine,
And we are allowing the quality of the divine to shine through us into the world and heal everything on its path,
So after this meditation remember to bring your presence through the breath,
Through the body and through expansive awareness,
So that you may connect with all of life at any moment,
Any time,

Beautiful new meditation 🙏🏽🤗 It is very helpful to think of our breath as a cyclical dance. Also, the expansion of our consciousness from us- to our neighbourhood, other countries and continents, and even interplanetary space, is a much needed awareness that I needed to be reminded of.
