Before I share with you, I want you to find a quiet place of solitude, Away from distractions and other people. Perhaps your bedroom would be the place that you would find a peaceful environment. Go in, Close the door behind you, And it's very important before you start this meditation to remove all the distractions that you can, For example, Switch off your phone. You're not about to miss out on something. You are about to receive a wonderful gift. The most important thing here is to be at peace, To find a place of tranquility for what I'm about to share with you. Equally important is not to be doing anything else at this time, Performing some other task while listening to what I'm sharing. The focus is all about what I'm sharing. That's all that matters in these next few moments. What I'm about to share with you is momentum shifting, And I want you to be in as relaxed state as possible. During this meditation, You may feel extremely relaxed, Possibly out of control. I can assure you, You will be in full control of your mind, Of your consciousness, Of your body, And of your response. For my part, I'm merely a guide to bring you to the realization of truth. I also ask you, In preparation of yourself for what I'm about to share, Suspend any doubts you may have or disbelief in your heart, And simply listen to my words and receive them as truth. I want you to breathe deeply, Hold your breath, And then exhale, Long breath out, And then once more, Breathe in as deep as you can, And hold, And then let go. Find your natural rhythm in this breathing cycle of in, Out, Breathing in, And as you breathe out, Imagine all your anxieties leaving you, Your worries, Your fears, All the negative emotions that you have burdening you from today, From yesterday, From all your past. Feel them leaving your mind, And your body, And your soul, And your spirit as you breathe out. As you exhale, All of these things are leaving you, And as you breathe in, You are drawing into yourself the positive things, The abundance of all things, And as you continue breathing, You can feel your body becoming so much more relaxed, Lighter, As you let go of all these external worries and anxieties, You are becoming lighter, Freed from the things that hold you back. You are positioning yourself to receive the abundance which is coming to you from the universe. You are starting to feel totally at peace with yourself, With everybody else, And with the universe. I want you to imagine a new reality of circumstances, Of emotions and feelings, Of the new world you are creating, The world of abundance. Visualize now, As you continue to breathe, A beautiful space, A heavenly place, Flooded with light, An unbelievable intensity of beauty all around. This is the place you have desired all your life, Safe and secure here, It's yours, Nobody can interrupt, Interfere, Break in, This is your sanctuary where you receive, Where you are becoming enlightened and growing. And as you are at peace in this place that you are visualizing, I want you to understand the universe is unlimited, There is no lack, There is no limitation, Restriction, Constriction, Everything is unlimited, Unreserved, Unconditional, And the universe is yours, And the place you have created for yourself has no limitation, It is infinite, It is eternal. And you are opening your arms and you are receiving now as like a gift, This abundance of the universe into your space, You are expressing gratitude as you receive all the universe has to offer you. And as you continue breathing and listening to my voice of truth, Your awareness and consciousness is expanding infinitely, Everything in your body is vibrating, Your senses are alive with the energy of the universe, For the universe is all energy, And you are not just part of the universe, You are the universe, And the universe is you, Therefore the abundance of the universe is your abundance, For you are the universe. You are feeling even lighter, There is a tingling sensation in your limbs, Your arms, Your legs, As your body just relaxes from all the stress you have felt over lack of not having, Of not having enough, Feel how relaxed you are now as you have slipped into an altered state of awareness which has become sharper, More sensitive, More receptive to abundance. I want you to use your imagination now to see the things you want in and out of life, The financial goals you have, Your health, Abundance in your relationships, Use your imagination to see yourself spiritually flourishing in every area of more receptivity, More understanding, More spiritual wisdom to grasp the ancient principles that govern the universe. There is no scarcity, No need or want in your life that you cannot meet, There is no lack in any part of you, Emotionally, Mentally, Financially, Work, Income, Relationships, Spiritually, You are abounding in every way, In every dimension, In all time frames, You are prospering in all ways and as you listen to my voice and your subconscious receives all that I am saying, You are becoming fruitful, Your life overflows with goodness, You are increasing, You are manifesting abundance, The abundance of the universe is always there, It wants to give to you all the time, It wants to fill your life to the maximum, It wants to bring expansion in all things, Everything now in your life is being transformed and expanded infinitely, As you listen to these truths, You are acting upon them, You have now begun moving into these new things, Not as a desire or wish but as a reality and as you receive the truth that the abundance of the universe is yours, Everything is vibrating within you in response to that truth and as you go out into the world among your friends and your family, Your workplace, Wherever you are, The abundance is following you, Your desire to impart that abundance and flourishing and prospering to others is increasing exponentially, You are growing in your capacity to understand all things in life, You are acting with your intuition, The sharpening of your mind as you understand what things make for abundance in your life is manifestly being made known to others, There is a difference about you now, An increased, A heightened state of consciousness wherein you know how to find and how to walk in abundance and your abundance is something that you are freely releasing to others that they too may know fruitfulness in their own lives, It is as if you have the Midas touch, All you become involved with prospers, The people in your life that mean the most to you are prospering like never before because of your involvement in their lives, The words of abundance that you speak are life-changing, Are life-giving, When people hear you speak, They discern immediately that you are manifesting abundant wisdom, That you are imparting secrets of the universe and some may wonder where this wisdom has come from, Perhaps because their own thinking is limited but now they see in you and they hear from you abundance, There is a revelation that is opening their mind too of the fruitfulness that you now manifest in your life and your desire is to see everyone flourishing in the way that you are now walking in, Everything within you now is in an excited state, A heightened state of awareness because abundance, The abundance of the universe is charging every particle of your body, Your thinking is being regenerated, Every barrier, Every restriction that you have erected against growth and manifesting plenty is being demolished now by abundance coming in and transforming your thinking, Your speaking, Your doing, Every aspect of your life is being overcome by abundance and this change is not temporary, From today you are walking permanently in the newness of what you are now receiving into your life, Into your soul, Into your spirit, You are abundance because the universe is abundant and you are the universe, Therefore you too are abundant in all things, You are also discovering new skills and talents and aptitude and instincts, For things you never thought possible before because abundance is bringing revelation to you and new keys for living, Of opening doors of opportunity to you where your abundance is manifesting to others in increasing ways day after day, So right now in the room that you have created with your abundant imagination, That room that is flooded with light, With goodness, With all that you need, I want you to visualize a golden door at one end of that space, Walk towards it with purpose, With intention, Behind that door is all the universe that ever was, Is and ever will be and the universe is knocking on the door before you with the intent to give you all that you ask for if you would only ask, Imagine yourself as you open the door wide, Fling it open, Open your arms and receive with gratitude now all that the universe is imparting to you, Life, Light, Fullness, Plenty, Overcoming in all things, All things are yours, And as you visualize so powerfully all the gifts that the universe is now imparting to you, Receive them with gratitude, Receive them with thanksgiving, Let there be a release from you now of joy, You can feel it in your body tingling, Such a powerful overcoming feeling of receiving the fullness of the universe into your life now, For now you realize the universe and all its abundance has always been yours and always will be, Now you see it, You've believed it and now you walk in the new reality that the abundance of the universe is yours, And this gift of abundance you share with all others, But by sharing you do not lose any of the gift, As you share your share in the universe increases, Enlarges, Expands, You cannot out give the universe, The abundance is infinite, It can never be exhausted, The abundance of the universe is yours, For you are the universe, And you are now manifesting that abundance in every area and dimension of your life, Now and always for you and for others, Walk in the abundance that you possess now, As you start to come out of this meditation, You are awakening to a new you, An abundant you, A you with no lack in your life of anything, Your senses are returning, You are waking up, You are being restored, You are being reborn, You are being regenerated into something that you never believed possible, But it is, Because it has happened, You feel so positive that you could overcome anything and all things, You are ready to go out into the world and manifest your abundance now, You are restored, You are reborn into this new reality that the abundance of the universe is yours, For you are the universe.
