Find a space in your house or wherever you are to get comfortable in a position you can feel relaxed in.
This may be sitting in a chair upright,
Hands on your knees,
Head straight.
Or you may prefer to lie horizontal on a floor,
Perhaps on a soft mat like a yoga mat.
Anything that will help you relax without strain on your body.
Once you're relaxed in your chosen position,
I want you now to close your eyes and become aware of yourself in this present moment.
Eyes closed,
Becoming aware.
Now start to breathe in and breathe out.
Deep breaths.
In and out.
As you breathe in,
Hold for a few seconds.
Let your body fill with air and then breathe out.
Out.
In.
Hold.
The lungs expanding.
And then breathe out.
At this moment,
Nothing else matters.
It is just you in the present moment.
You are detached from the outside stresses and anxiety you may have about life and the meaning you give it,
And the purpose you have defined for your life.
But just for now,
Feel yourself disengaged from all your worries,
All thoughts and pretensions.
And feel like you're even disengaged from earth,
As if you're floating.
Every muscle in your body relaxing,
Becoming lighter.
Your arms almost weightless,
Your head and neck,
Your legs,
Toes,
Feet,
Everything becomes lighter,
Weightless.
Your consciousness is now expanding in every direction and connecting with the universe in the most beautiful way.
And now you can discern and see in your mind's eye,
A brilliant white light growing,
Growing in size and magnitude of lightness,
Bathing you,
And you are enveloped by it.
As this light shines all around you,
You feel so loved,
So blessed,
At rest.
All within you is at peace,
Bathed by the aura of white light around you.
There is a transfer happening now from the universe to you,
From the divine into your body,
Mind,
Soul,
And spirit.
A download of ancient wisdom,
An impartation of knowledge,
All that you need to guide you through life.
A revealing of the plans and purpose for which you were born,
A disclosing of all things is now coming to you in waves from this light.
And as this white light grows around you,
You can feel the intensity of its radiance and warmth as it imparts revelation to you.
Your consciousness is expanding into the universe and seamlessly becoming one with it.
All through your body,
You are experiencing an awakening to a higher sense of meaning to your life,
Increased sensitivity and capacity to discern knowledge,
Wisdom,
And truth.
The meaning as to why you are alive at this time is now coming clearer to you,
Unfolding effortlessly.
The divine in you is quickening your purpose to come forth,
To be revealed in and through you to others,
To the world.
You have all you need.
You are sufficient for all you are to do in this life.
Your potential is stirring awake,
Coming alive at this very moment.
