This is Yves D'Ain and I welcome you to this short mindful meditation.
If you feel safe and are not driving,
I invite you to close your eyes.
If you don't feel comfortable closing your eyes,
I invite you to focus your gaze on an object in the room or location you are in.
Now take a deep breath through your nose,
Inhaling at the count of four.
Hold your breath for the count of four and slowly exhale through your mouth for the count of six.
Again deep breath through your nose.
Pause for the count of four and exhale through your mouth for the count of six.
Everything you need is already within you.
You are powerful,
Resilient,
And unique.
You will not miss any opportunities designed for you.
You are not too old and it is not too late.
You have overcome so much and this time is no different.
Now repeat after me.
I am alive.
I am enough.
And I am ready.
