Happy Sunday.
I am here with the Weekly Astrology Forecast for the week of January 11th to 17th,
2026.
This week is a healing week for sure.
Chiron's pretty active this week,
And I'll get to all of that in a second.
But really,
The idea is healing through taking personal responsibility for our vibration.
Sense of deep courage and also moments of quiet breakthrough.
So it's a week of emotional honesty.
It's a week of being aware of our nervous system and learning how to hold responsibility for ourselves without rejecting ourselves.
It's a week of understanding our humanity.
And so this isn't a dramatic week.
This is a really healing week where we are,
Again,
We are always the change,
Right?
But this has got a little bit of a different nuance to it.
So let's get started.
On Sunday the 11th today,
This is a day of really taking responsibility for our thoughts and our mental body.
It's also a day of tender values.
So at 4.
40 this morning,
We have Mercury sextiling Saturn.
So this is a stabilizing influence to start the week off.
Mercury quintile Saturn is supporting us in really being thoughtful with what we're saying and checking in with our truth and really staying true to who we are.
And it's okay to have things be not linear.
It's okay for things to be complex without getting overwhelmed here.
So this is a good morning for writing or planning or maybe even just some kind of grounded conversations.
The morning continues later on that morning around 11 a.
M.
Venus is squaring Chiron.
So this brings some tenderness in the realm of our heart space and also tenderness in the realm of why we believe we're worthy and what we desire,
Whether we think we're worthy of what we desire.
And so Venus is still in Capricorn.
She's squaring Chiron and Aries.
So this may bring some awareness of some old wounds.
Those wounds would be around how we value ourselves,
Our sense of independence,
Our sense of emotional safety.
A caveat here that this week may feel heavy.
It's really transformational in the sense that anything that's activated,
If we are interested in doing the work and have been interested in doing the work,
Then even if something surfaces and it feels like it is a strange rendition of something we've already thought we healed,
We have healed it,
But things come in cycles and it's cycling out of our field.
So we are prepared to deal with this.
If anything,
It's inviting us to lean into self-acceptance,
To lean into self-love,
To lean into allowing ourselves,
Our personal truth to be enough.
So what's coming up on this day is not about a personal flaw,
It's about information.
And Venus,
If anything,
Is showing us where compassion is still warranted.
Really cool day today.
Tomorrow,
Monday the 12th,
This is where our identity might meet our personal wound-ish,
Because Chiron's active again today,
Sun squaring Chiron at 3.
30 in the morning.
So this is one of the key transits of the week,
And the sun is going to illuminate some kind of a vulnerable place.
And it's related to our sense of confidence,
Our sense of worthiness,
Our right to take up space,
Our right to really feel that we are worthy.
So we may feel in some sense exposed or uncertain or even self-critical,
But this is important to know that,
Again,
These are not failures.
These are not,
Even if they are things that we could be doing better,
We're human.
So this is an invitation to integrate strength with tenderness towards ourselves.
And so I guess the question for the morning with this aspect is what part of ourselves,
What part of myself,
The question would be,
Wants to be included rather than corrected?
Do you see that?
Do you sense that?
So instead of the old way,
Is something,
The new is this self-castigation.
And part of what we're treading into at the start of this year is being the embodiment of the change that we seek.
And so we very likely can feel that world around us is very wounded and very projection-ish.
And we can choose to be part of that dance,
But ultimately where we're headed is compassion and interconnectedness.
And we go first.
So this is a really cool week.
This is a really cool aspect.
The only other aspect that happens on Monday actually happens around 1130 at night.
And so this is the different tone.
This is mercury quintiling Neptune.
So this is about the tone of the day.
If there was,
If we're fighting the stern voice in our head earlier in the day,
This is where the tone softens and our third eye opens.
Our sense of everything is always working out.
We're going to get a sense of,
Oh,
I think I see the non-linear path here.
And the mind here,
Our mental body,
If we're talking about tending to our mental space,
Our mental space,
Instead of being analytical,
It's going to be more just receptive.
So this is a really nice evening for meditation,
Dream work,
Energy work,
Even journaling.
And so the idea here is that the clarity that we can receive here is not going to come through logic.
It's not going to come through force.
It's going to come through feeling and receiving and being with what's present.
Moving on to Tuesday,
January 13th,
There's two aspects here.
And here,
This is about making a slight shift,
A course correction through actually taking action.
The first aspect is Venus semi-square,
The true node,
The north node.
And that happens at a little before 12 noon.
It's kind of a subtle but potent aspect here.
And so,
You know,
North node is where we're headed.
Venus is really signaling here about our values and really making sure that our values are aligned with where we're really capable of going.
So it's okay to feel slightly off balance here or a little bit unsure.
This is a micro course correction.
Let's be clear here.
This isn't,
Again,
This isn't finger wagging,
You've done something wrong and you need to go over there and do that way.
It's more like,
Oh,
I can see how just clink,
Just a little shift.
And it's not about forcing things.
It's about this kind of like authentic and tender and natural recalibration.
Around five 30 in the evening on Tuesday,
Mars is a square in Chiron.
So this is the most activated Chiron aspect of the week,
Both because Mars is the planet of action,
Right?
Mars is bringing this energy and assertion and action and the IM energy.
And when Mars meets Chiron,
If there's any kind of anger that we have at something,
Any kind of frustration or defensive patterns that we have,
They may surface.
And so just worth noting here today.
And in this week,
If we feel irritated,
This is part of the theme of last week.
If we feel irritated,
Take a push a pause because everything,
If this is a week about the mental body and how our,
Our thoughts become things,
What are we sending out?
That's one of my teachers said once upon a time,
Hate is hate.
No matter what,
Who is directed at that's the,
If that's what we're focused on or self-loathing,
There's no justifying it this week.
It's really about honing the vibration that we seek.
So here,
You know,
I've got a meditation that I'll post next for working with Chiron,
But this is a really good evening for movement and breathing and somatic work to,
To release some stuck stuff.
If there is some,
Some stuff that we've,
Maybe we were mistreated and it was a very clear thing and in some part of our past life.
And so our button gets pushed again today.
This is about really being willing to,
To let go of some of that and realize that there's,
There's maybe some of it no longer serves.
And by the way,
I don't mean to be soapboxy here.
If none of this resonates,
That's totally fine.
This is just what's coming through for me when I sense these aspects.
So let's,
Let's get to Wednesday now.
The 14th of January,
This is a day for kind of mentally expanding or stretching.
And it's also a day of really tapping into our destiny,
Being aware if,
If the start of the week was just kind of tender,
This is really feeling like,
Oh,
Some part of me gets this,
I get the bigger picture.
So the day starts around 3am with Mercury opposing Jupiter.
So this transit can expand our mind,
Expand our way of thinking,
Expand our communication.
But we want to be sure that we're expanding,
But not over-expanding,
Right?
So thoughts may feel big or busy or overwhelming.
Opinions can inflate very quickly.
So this is kind of a time to,
A day to be mindful of over-promising,
Jumping to conclusions,
Over-explaining.
Keep it simple.
And be willing to be in the middle.
And the wisdom today of what this aspect is about,
It lies in humility and in listening.
The other aspect that's happening today,
Which is why I kind of mentioned that this is about the destiny awareness,
Is we have the sun semi-square to the north node.
This is around 11 o'clock at night.
So this is kind of a quiet sense of destiny.
But there's this pressure or this sense of maybe something unsettling,
Something wants to shift.
Even if we can't name it yet,
This is not a demand for action.
It's a reminder that we're in the middle.
And it's a reminder that maybe it's not time to just dig our heels in here.
It's a reminder to stay awake to the flows of energy.
Thursday,
January 15th,
This is a really cool day.
This is a day of stabilization and breakthrough.
So Venus is active here today.
Venus is first active around 1 a.
M.
On the 15th.
She's sextiling Saturn.
This is one of the most supportive aspects of this week.
So there's a sense of steadiness.
There's a sense of emotional well-being,
Even if and because even when there's no real reason,
There's this internal sense.
And if there are any boundaries here,
They feel healthy rather than restrictive.
And commitment actually feels possible.
So this is a really good day for excellent energy for repairing any kind of relationships,
Financial planning,
Long-term emotional choices.
And here it's this idea with Venus that emotional love in all its forms is shown through consistency and shown through showing up integrity.
The second aspect of Venus today happens around 10.
30 in the morning,
And that's Venus trying Uranus.
So I think this is actually one of the personally also very supportive aspect this week.
This is kind of like a breath of fresh air.
This trine is bringing that kind of lightning bolt of liberation without chaos.
If things felt like there was no way through,
That's the magic of Uranus.
That's why Uranus is unsettled.
But if everything's all balled up,
Uranus lightning bolts its way through.
And so this is,
You know,
We're going to be able to really feel and find the words for our emotional honesty and a new way of relating and expressing that feels authentic and true and very much alive.
We're very far off autopilot by the time we get to this point in the week.
And so this day is also just about change arriving gently though,
Even though there's this lightning bolt of a flash of,
Okay,
I think I understand how this convoluted thing could shift.
That's kind of what's up on Thursday.
And then when we get to Friday the 16th,
This is a day of,
You know,
Mental sensitivity,
And there's a little bit of sense of karmic pressure.
There's two aspects here.
And one of them happens right before one 30 in the morning,
And that's Mercury is squaring Chiron.
Chiron is just all up in this week.
So,
You know,
Again,
If we have any old stories,
Especially here,
It's going to be about a wounding about communication,
About meeting being misunderstood or not being heard.
But this is a day of compassionate self talk,
Because as I mentioned at the start of the week,
Just because it's surfacing,
This thing we think we've healed,
It's not destined to be a replay.
And we can remind ourselves of this because we are different.
Even if some of the circumstances in the wound start to converge,
And it feels very familiar,
We get to remind ourselves that we are vibrationally different from maybe the last time we met this wound.
So careful communication,
Compassionate self talk with this aspect.
And then we also have Mars semi-square,
The North Node at 11.
30am.
And this is again,
This idea of action meeting destiny,
But the semi-square is going to bring a little bit of friction.
You know,
There's going to be this want to have things resolved,
To push forward,
But then there's also this really clear sense that we're not sure which direction we're really supposed to be charging ahead to.
So this is about choosing,
Instead of reacting with this energy,
Choosing intentional movement,
Choosing intentional expression,
That is the medicine.
Checking in with what our truth is,
And aspect after aspect after aspect this week is reminding us that we are enough.
And our self-love emanates out into the collective.
And if what the collective needs most right now is healing and compassion and self-love,
It kind of makes sense that we're going to get a little triggered this week personally,
Because we are the microcosm to the macrocosm,
Right?
Also,
I don't think this needs to be as like,
Maybe I sound like really doom and gloom.
I'm just saying,
These are,
These are kind of,
They just might even be like a subconscious little tease out there,
But all these aspects are reminding us that everything is always working out,
Right?
So let's close with this,
The Saturday,
The 17th,
And that's the day of integration and forward movement or momentum.
So this is a powerful day with this kind of,
There's just a couple,
There's,
There's multiple aspects and they tend to be stabilizing and liberating.
So the first one happens at 3 33 AM.
I love my numbers,
Right?
That's,
That's a very harmonious aspect.
This is Venus is sextiling Neptune.
Sextiling is the flow of energy.
So this is going to bring some kind of softness and compassion and emotional openness here.
And it's a healing balm.
Neptune is,
You know,
Dissolving the disillusion and disillusion.
So this is,
This,
This aspect is kind of a healing balm for the button that may have been being pushed this week or buttons.
This is a really great day for,
For just forgiving self and other being creative,
Moving slowly,
Being still.
And remember forgiveness is a both,
You know,
Whether we're projecting or looking out to what somebody else did to us or,
Or feeling guilty about something we did both,
Both energy of forgiveness for both of those directions are actually kind of the same.
It's about what's,
What's running in our field.
And so when we,
When we can achieve forgiveness,
The heaviness and the sharpness drops out.
The next aspect happens at around just before 6 AM.
The sun is going to sextile Saturn.
And again,
Sextiles are flows of energy.
So this is kind of a quiet cooperation.
Our sense of our confidence that we are worthy is going to return,
But it's not going to be this like glitzy,
Look at me,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
It's going to be grounded.
It's going to be subtle,
But really like deeply nourishing.
And so there's a sense,
Maybe it's just feeling capable,
Feeling worthy,
Feeling composed,
Feeling ready to,
To,
To be the change without putting pressure on ourselves.
There's two more aspects here as we close out this week.
And this is still in the morning,
Six 30 in the morning,
Mercury is going to be semi-square the North node.
So this is kind of the semi-square the North node.
We're still not necessarily supposed to be putting a stake in the sand and saying,
I know,
You know,
So stay flexible with plans,
Stay flexible with desires.
The directionality is still forming.
And finally,
Just at noon on Saturday,
We have the sun trining Uranus,
And this is just going to close out this week with this sense of liberation.
There's this lightning bolt flash of insight that's arriving Uranus with the sun.
If we are the high technology we seek and we are the change and we are the creator of everything in our world.
That's what Uranus is telling us.
And our sun's getting like this are,
Oh,
Aha.
I get it.
Like to get that in 3d world,
It's just going to feel like a new perspective is this clicking into place.
So this is not rebellion.
This is intelligent freedom.
There's they're going to be able to see a new way forward and we're going to be able to feel that it's possible.
So I guess in close this week is about teaching us to hold our vulnerability without collapsing and to take responsibility without rejecting ourselves to speak our truth,
But to do so without overriding tenderness and allowing healing to happen inside the structure and really being liberated by being in that process.
And so that,
You know,
I just want to close with,
We're not being asked to fix ourselves.
We're being asked to include and accept ourselves more fully.
And there in lies the profound nature of the week.
