As you settle more,
Begin to breathe deep belly breaths as you inhale your belly inflates fully and rises.
Maybe a brief pause at the top of the in-breath,
Deep releasing exhale.
Continue to breathe full and deep creating as much space in your body as possible for breath.
Maybe these are the deepest breaths you have taken.
Feel more expansion on every inhale.
Feel more relaxation through every exhale.
Your entire being floating on breath.
Remain breathing in this way if it suits you.
At any time in this meditation if you wish to release the breath to natural breathing rhythm,
You may do so.
I would now like you to imagine a most beautiful place in nature.
It could be a forest,
A jungle,
A beach,
Somewhere that you consider beautiful and peaceful.
It's okay to use your imagination to paint a picture and create this space for yourself.
Create as much detail as you can.
Use all of your senses.
Look around at this beautiful place.
Maybe see in color.
Hearing sounds.
Perhaps there are smells.
Perhaps you can feel the air of this place on your skin.
Allow yourself to simply be.
You don't need to try.
Just allow.
This is a place you can visit or retreat to at any time during quiet contemplation or meditation.
This is your inner sanctuary.
Now ahead from this beautiful place you see a path.
A path feels inviting,
Calling to you.
And so you begin to travel on this path,
Feeling footstep upon footstep as it roots into sacred earth.
You can see that this path is winding up a very mystical mountain.
A mountain that looks and feels very easy to climb.
The path begins to thicken with forests like nature.
Maybe as you walk you reach out your fingertips to graze across tree bark.
Perhaps you squat down to feel some soft moss.
Maybe you can get a hint of trees or flowers.
Bushes or plants that are lining your path.
Maybe you catch glimpses of friendly forest animals or nature beings.
As you continue to walk you feel the power of Mother Gaia beneath.
You feel that this path is a path that is bringing energy and life into your body just by existing.
You are receiving this charge,
This amplification.
It's a realignment of sorts so that you can be all that you wish to be and receive all the abundance.
As you continue to walk you continue to receive,
To breathe,
To practice presence,
Awareness.

2 trillion cells in your body alive.
You continue to walk now hearing the talk.
You see light ahead.
You can tell that as you will exit it this forest path there is a clearing up ahead.
Watch how the light dances between the trees and the leaves and rays.
Watch how they flicker.
Now to the edge.
As you step out of this forest path out into the clearing you feel the warm magic sun shining down.
Radiating down with life rejuvenating every part of your being.
This is like a magic sun from source energy.
You continue to walk until you are about in the center of the clearing.
Maybe there's something to witness in the sky like a cloud.
Stand here with your feet hip width apart,
Rooted into the ground.
Arms down,
Palms facing forward.
An act of true receiving.
Locked in,
Standing above,
Connecting heaven and earth in equal and opposite directions.
Palms tingling,
Fingers tingling.
Your whole being alive,
Radiating love,
Joy,
Abundance,
Bliss,
Peace.
You are a perfect divine soul having a human experience.
Breathe in all of this healing energy.
From the center of this clearing across the way you see another grove of magical looking trees.
You sense and feel the guide you were meant to meet with today.
Is there?
In that group of trees.
Take a full,
Complete deep breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Long,
Slow,
Each a exhale.
As you look out,
Your guide begins to emerge out of the trees.
Trusting your first impressions,
What do you sense,
Feel,
Or see?
They are walking towards you.
Knowing they can show up in any shape,
Any form as they continue to walk closer.
Feel the magnetism of energy between you and your guide.
Feel that energy as it seems to draw the two of you closer and closer.
Your guide is now standing in front of you.
They are looking at you with such love and devotion.
They are holding a box.
Notice what the box looks like.
What is it made out of?
How does it appear to open?
What is the size of the box?
There is a gift for you inside of this box.
Your guide hands it over.
You take the box with gratitude.
You open it.
What is the gift?
Accepting the gift,
What does it mean?

After receiving this gift,
You may now speak to your guide and ask them questions.
You can ask them for guidance as to where you are in your life.
You can ask them their name.
You can ask how you may call on them for help and support from this moment forward.
This guide knows everything about you.

You make your way down the path,
Once again noticing trees,
Plants,
Any friendly animals or beings.
Everything looking so much brighter,
Even more alive possible.
You are now down near the base of the mystical mountain.
Walking the rest of this path,
Returning back to your special place in nature,
Your inner sanctuary.
You take a few deep breaths to fully absorb and integrate all that has just taken place.
And now,
Special place in nature,
This scene also begins to dissolve,
Fading away.
To return back to your body here in this room on this day.
Before moving,
Just imagine your body laying right where it is.
Maybe you can picture the room around you,
The clothing you are wearing.
Maybe you can see yourself lying here in this place for this meditation.
Now be in your body and feel the tingling and aliveness from head to toe.
Begin to wiggle fingers and wiggle toes.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Returning to the here and now.
You've just taken a beautiful,
Healing journey full of gifts,
Full of life.
You feel restored.
You feel alive.
