The time has come to sleep.

Welcome it.

Invite it in.

Take a deep breath and let out a well-deserved sigh of relief.

Relax.

Lying down in your cocoon of peace,

Let your body surrender to gravity.

Your bones are heavy now,

Ready for a deep rest.

Feel the support beneath them.

Give your muscles permission to take a break now too.

If they still feel even slightly active,

You may want to tighten them once more,

All over,

Just for a moment.

And then give them the signal and fully let go.

Allow your muscles to melt like candle wax.

It is time to receive rest.

You are invited to sleep,

And you may invite sleep.

Receive it.

Treasure it.

This time is sacred.

Sleep is the perfect partner.

Just as night is the natural counterpart to day,

There comes a time to stop,

To unplug,

To heal and repair,

To let go of your grasp,

Let your fingers.

There is no holding on,

Only letting go.

The time to rest is now.

As we respect the cycles of nature,

We trust in divine order.

As you sleep soundly tonight,

So you prepare yourself to shine brightly tomorrow.

In this moment,

There is nothing to do but accept the loving embrace of your cozy bed.

Surrender to the wise rhythm of nature.

She commands you to sleep now.
