Visualize the most beautiful place you have ever been. Invite the sounds of the birds to connect your heart with all of Mother Earth's creations. Allow the harp sounds to weave your intention towards your heart center and the voice of the ancestors holding you, nurturing and allowing gently to open your heart, ready to receive and give unconditional love! ... Placing your hands on your tummy,

Just let's start by taking few deep belly breaths.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Gently closing your eyes and just notice how do you feel tonight,

How do you feel right here,

Right now.

Very gently starting to slow the breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Feeling how your tummy expands,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relax your shoulders.

When you breathe out let's make a sound like an a or a ha and just invite a release of everything that serves you no more.

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out.

Just connect with that breath few times.

Like everything in life with our next inhalation let's invite an intention for our session tonight.

What it is right here,

Right now in your life that you would like to bring extra love and attention to.

Something simple,

Life is simple.

Love,

Kindness,

Forgiveness,

Understanding.

And once you have your intention clear just gently start guiding it towards your heart center.

Breathing in your intention.

And breathing out and letting go.

Giving yourself this special time of nothing to do and nowhere to go.

Inviting every cell,

Every muscle of the body to soften and relax.

Just coming over your body,

Relaxing your feet and your ankles.

Relaxing your hips and your pelvis,

Your spine and rib cage.

Relax your shoulders and your neck.

With your next inhalation invite the whole body to soften and relax.

Your scalp is feeling smooth and relaxed.

Gently inviting a visualization,

Taking yourself into the most beautiful,

Special,

Sacred place that you have ever been.

Somewhere in nature.

And very gently starting to notice all the details around you.

The whole environment.

There is a beautiful blue sky above.

You can hear birds singing.

Gentle winds playing with your hair.

And you feel the sun warming up your skin.

And with your next inhalation just notice your bare feet.

Are you digging your toes in the wild sun somewhere?

In the wild beach?

Or perhaps you can feel a soft green grass tickling your toes.

Somewhere in the high mountain.

Or in a beautiful forest.

Or maybe you feel the warm rock beneath you from a magical cave.

Wherever you are,

Just connecting with that sacred place and space of yours.

Tuning your breath with the rhythm of that place.

And with your next inhalation finding yourself walking.

You can hear a distant stream.

The water is calling you.

Gently start walking towards that stream.

Left,

Right.

And after a while you find the stream.

And when you look at it,

It's a magnificent picture.

It's like coming from a fairy tale.

The sun rays are bouncing on the top of the water.

And you can see dragonflies flying around.

And you decide to connect with the water element.

Stepping into the stream with your bare feet.

The water is refreshing.

Neither cold nor hot.

It's just perfect.

And just for a moment finding that this water represents the flow of your life.

The flow of your life.

We are 75% water.

So gently connecting with that element in the body.

And just feeling its healing power.

And inviting that flow.

Washing off your feet.

Gently washing off all your worries.

All the tension.

Anxiety.

Washing off everything that serves you no more.

With your next inhalation just visualizing your roots.

You start traveling from your feet through the water into the ground.

And connecting you with our ancestors.

With their knowledge,

With their wisdom.

Finding those roots traveling through our beautiful mother earth.

Her crystals,

Her waters,

The lava.

All the way to her heart.

And with your breath you can feel how her healing energy is traveling up.

Back to you.

Through your feet and then coming up.

Through every chakra of your physical body.

And you can feel that universal healing energy.

Touching every space and place of your soul.

Wrapping up your heart with unconditional love.

Sometimes on our journey we forget that we come from the divine source.

And we are full of unconditional love.

So just taking this important time to remind ourselves.

Where we come from.

Our beauty and divine healing that we have inside of us into our hearts.

If you have any thoughts coming in just let them.

Become their observer.

And always go back to your breath.

Inviting your intention that we started with towards your heart center.

And just connect with the rhythm of your breath.

Feeling the elements around you in your sacred beautiful space.
