Release Ancestral Energies From Your Heart

Thanks for joining me today.

I'm your host,

Philippa.

I will be guiding you to a meditation with Archangel Michael.

We will be releasing some negative ancestral energies that you may be unknowingly carrying in your heart.

Whilst we are here getting ready,

Notice how you are feeling right now.

So that you can better appreciate the lightness at the end of this meditation.

Whether you are sitting or lying down,

Adjust your body to find the most comfortable position.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out completely.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so yet and bring your attention to your physical body.

Scan it from head to toes.

Check how your body is feeling.

And breathe in deeply.

And breathe out completely.

Focus on the sound of my voice as I guide you to your meeting with Archangel Michael.

The air and energy around you is beginning to feel electric and alive.

With your eyes closed,

Focus on all the other senses available to you.

As you do so,

You begin to feel the familiar presence of Archangel Michael.

You feel him materializing in the human angel form with long and big wings.

He is throwing a smile towards you as he greets you.

You begin to feel more intensely the powerful energy of this Archangel.

That is here today to help you release heaviness stored in your heart.

All you have to do is to remain present in the moment and allow Archangel Michael to work on you today.

Michael takes you to a small portal that just opened in front of you.

From this portal,

A bright light of a colourful red is shining through a white,

Thin curtain gently flowing at the entrance.

Michael walks with you towards it and completely opens up the long white curtain as you both step in together.

The red light is shining from a fountain with red water.

As Michael invites you to step forward,

You notice that the water contains all the heavy and negative memories and energies of your ancestors that you are unknowingly carrying.

Suddenly,

You notice that you've both been joined by some of your guides and other angels.

This is a ceremony to help to release ancestral burdens that are not yours to carry.

Perhaps they've never really been yours to carry,

But you had no choice nor awareness on the matter.

Facing the red water in the fountain and standing by your right side,

Michael begins to speak words you do not recognise,

But they directly touch your heart.

Your guides and angels step forward and form a circle with both of you around the fountain.

You notice that their bodies are changing and becoming brighter with light.

This light is coming both from above as below from the earth that you're standing on.

Your heart begins to release grief,

Sorrow,

Fears,

Anger.

And all of this is slowly and calmly being poured onto the red water in the fountain.

The water begins to turn into a deep and dark red as it begins to swirl.

As you continuously allow this release,

You notice that there were feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts and patterns of unconscious behaviour leaving your body,

Leaving your mind,

Leaving your chakras and even being released from your emotional body and your etheric body.

Archangel Michael raises his right hand and the channelled light by your guides and angels are directed towards the deep,

Dark,

Red water in the fountain.

The water begins to swirl faster and the ray of violet light comes towards you.

It comes through Michael's hand and touches the red,

Swirling water.

The energies of these beings of light combine with the violet light all directed towards the dark,

Red,

Swirling water in the fountain.

You begin to feel a deeper release of heaviness and darkness from your whole being.

As you get acquainted with the new lighter feeling within you,

You realise that the water is now of a lighter red than it was when you first saw it.

You join your energy with the group,

Feeling grateful for being free of what was not yours to carry,

Grateful for any lessons you will process and gain insight at a later stage when you are ready to receive the knowledge of this experience.

The water is now even less red than it was when you first saw it.

And you watch it turning into a translucent and shiny water with sparkles of deep violet light.

The violet ray of light is retrieved from Michael's hand as he relaxes his hand and arm next to his body.

The channeled light also begins to dissipate and fade away.

As the fountain is now filled with fresh,

Light,

Translucent water,

You all hold hands.

To your right,

You hold Michael's hand.

To your left,

You hold one of your guide's hand.

Michael and your guide begin to chant.

It is a chanting to heal those who carry the weight you are carrying for them that you've just transmuted in the water.

This chanting is healing all who are being affected,

Returning light where there was once darkness.

Suddenly,

You feel a merciful and caring presence behind you.

You turn slightly to see who it is.

You meet Ascended Master Lady Portia who has arrived to guide this next stage of the healing ceremony.

She opens a warm smile at you and your heart feels like melting in the presence of unconditional love.

Michael opens space for her to pass through between you both and then holds your hand again closing the circle once more around the fountain with Lady Portia standing by it facing the water.

She has come to preside over the clearing of ancestral karma from both sides of your lineage.

Michael and your guides cease the chanting.

A bright,

Almost electric light begins circulating on all of you who are holding hands forming the circle.

This light energy activates the portals and timelines,

Calling in all beings of light to participate in this deep ancestral healing.

Above you are now all of these other beings of light arriving and taking their places.

Lady Portia touches the water with her hands and the water rises to the skies forming a column of swirling water.

And so they all begin clearing negative karma between and from your ancestors,

Your present members and future members of the lineages.

You simply stay present,

Feeling the love and light working through these beings and somehow resolving complex deep-seated patterns and karmic memories.

The column of water changes colors as they work.

From dark brown to bright green,

Black to bright pink,

Grayish and greenish at times to violet and deep blue.

Lady Portia calmly continues guiding this healing ceremony and clearing away all karma as much as she can.

The guides come through.

And what it is not possible to clear,

Lady Portia creates new forms of resolution and the guides bring in the possibility to update and improve soul contracts.

This goes on for a while and yet for you not even a minute has passed.

You realize that you are both here and in a higher dimension at the same time.

Does your experience of time is bent and non-linear as much as it is linear in your reality?

The column of swirling water is now of a deep violet color with shades and nuances of purple,

Pink,

White and silver.

With her arms in the air,

Lady Portia gently brings the water back to the fountain.

The water returns to the swirling motion in the fountain keeping its new violet color.

Portia brings her hands together in prayer.

Bows her head slightly to the fountain and blesses the water and everyone who has helped.

The water slowly ceases swirling,

Becoming so calm and still that creates a mirror of shiny bright light with hints of deep violet.

The other beings of light above you start leaving as the portal in the skies closes.

Lady Portia touches the violet water with her hands and says a prayer of love and light.

She then takes a chalice from a pocket of her robes and fills it with water from the fountain.

She turns to face you and Michael and your guide let go of your hands as the group also releases their hands.

The light that was running through subsides but the energy remains present all around you.

With the violet water from the chalice,

Lady Portia anoints your left hand,

Then anoints your right hand and tells you to bring them together,

One on top of the other and let them rest on your chest.

She proceeds to anoint everyone in the group.

First the left hand,

Then the right hand and everyone knows to bring the hands to their higher heart on their chest just like you did.

Lady Portia brings her hands together to her higher heart and begins to say a prayer and seal the ceremony.

She bows in gratitude to everyone and everyone to each other in the same energy.

Michael holds your hand again as everyone begins to leave.

He walks you back to the portal you came through with a curtain that is now radiating violet light on its own.

He returns you to where he first met you.

As you feel him leaving,

You remain present in the energy.

Begin to draw your attention to your body,

Scanning your sensations from head to toe.

Slowly and gently move your body,

Returning fully to it and grounding your energy in your body.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Open your eyes and fully return to your physical senses.

This encounter with Archangel Michael has come to an end.

Feeling lighter,

Better and more relaxed,
