I'm delighted that you've decided to join me tonight and allow me to guide you through a relaxing night of sleep and rest.
Before we begin our meditation today,
Let's take a moment to get comfortable and to release the tension from the body.
Let's begin by relaxing the face.
Bring your awareness to your face and raise your eyebrows for 3,
2,
1 and release.
Keeping your mouth closed,
Draw a smile,
Raising your cheeks.
For 3,
2,
1 and release.
And now smile with a wide open smile for 3,
2,
1 and let go.
Begin opening your mouth to release tension in the jaw.
Open and close,
Once more,
Open your mouth and close.
Bring your attention to your jaw and unclench it,
So that any tiny tension still left in there is totally released.
Allow some intuitive movement of the face,
Mouth,
Jaw to fully relax the tension.
Returning to neutral,
Take a deep breath in and then exhale all the way out,
Letting a yawn out if that feels good for you.
Adjust your body to get comfortable,
Let your arms and hands rest comfortably by your side.
Let's do some intentional breathing,
Pay attention to your breath and breathe in deeply and breathe out completely.
And again,
Breathe in deeply and hold it for 3,
2,
1 and breathe out completely.
Adjust yourself further to a nice comfortable position.
Bring your focus to the sound of my voice now and allow it to guide you through this meditation.
We are ready to begin.
Close your eyes and take a breath in enjoying this comfortable moment.
My voice is now coming from a light presence close to you.
Her name is Zavkil.
You first notice her beauty radiating the energy of divine love.
Only then you realize that she bears big,
Wide,
Glowing wings on her back.
And you've come to realize that she is an archangel,
An archangel of love and compassion.
She widens her smile drawing closer to you.
She joins her hands with yours and gently places your hands on your sacral and navel area where they now rest comfortably.
She then slowly moves her hands through the air coming close to your chest and you notice how sweet and lovely her flow of energy is and how it so positively shifts you into a state of well-being and tranquility.
It feels like a flower is hugging you and embracing you.
And you allow this hug and this embrace and merge with this sweet loving energy so precious,
So subtle in presence and yet so strong in feeling and effect.
This energy starts to melt away everything that is weighing you down.
You cannot avoid the surprise as you realize that there is nothing you are doing or that you need to do.
When you realize that you're just lying here,
Just receiving this beautiful and delicate energy of this archangel,
Being embraced by this loving flower energy and watching incredulous how everything that was troubling your heart and mind is slowly and softly fading away.
A painless and harmonic release of all that was consuming you and dragging you down.
And you simply stay in this moment.
As you begin to feel lighter,
You also begin to further enjoy this healing moment.
For you,
It's like watching magic in action.
A touch of this archangel's energy and all gets corrected.
The good enhanced and the bad washed away and corrected within you.
As you continue to observe this loving flower-like energy,
You notice that it is now reaching your physical body.
And you start to further sink down into the mattress.
And your body is washed away from its burdens and sorrows.
Any physical sensations are just brief and are just part of the healing that is now happening.
You feel a sense of relaxation and wellness.
This sensation continuously grows within you.
And this beautiful archangel continues her healing warming embrace.
You give yourself permission to fully bathe in this embracing energy that is healing the deep layers of yourself that you did not know needed attention.
You are now fully immersed in peace,
Tranquility and complete relaxation.
You are completely in deep peace and tranquility.
Your eyelids soften and yet begin to fall heavily on your eyes.
Your head falls naturally to find its comfortable space.
Your back sinks comfortably on the mattress.
Your hands naturally release themselves falling where they feel restfully comfortable to you.
Your hips and lower back receive a sudden release of stored energy and tension that you did not know was there.
And as this big release of energy flows off your body,
Your legs and feet follow with a natural sinking down in a restful and peaceful position for the night.
And your whole body is in full relaxation.
And you stay with the loving embrace of Zavkiel.
This loving embrace feels like a lullaby that you gladly follow and further relaxes you even more.
You begin to feel more and more sleepy and you allow it to come to you now.
Staying asleep in the embrace of this loving flower brought by the presence of this archangel,
She sends you off to sleep now and you follow her falling deeper and deeper and deeper into your own sleep.
