Thank you my heart.

Listen to this often to feel the state of bliss that is a heart full of gratitude.

It is also a very good exercise to do if you feel overwhelmed or if you have been hard on yourself recently.

Before we start,

Let us both take a deep breath and acknowledge how well you are doing.

I am grateful to you for taking the time to read the book,

Listen to your daily audios,

Say your affirmations and complete the exercises.

Remember it is so vital to be grateful to yourself for what you have done so far and not to be concerned with what you haven't.

Take seven deep belly breaths.

So breathe in now for seven and feel the rise of your hand on your belly.

Slowly exhale as you feel the gentle fall of your belly.

Breathe in for six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Notice how you feel after just seven deep breaths.

Is your mind calmer?

Mine is.

Place your hand on your heart.

As your mind becomes stiller,

See if you can feel your heartbeat.

Can you hear us?

Keep breathing deep until you hear the beat.

Imagine that with each piece you hear the message is thank you.

Thank you for being you.

Keep listening to the message from your heart.

Gratitude pours from you and to you.

Thank you my heart is the message within each beautiful beat.

Listen to the beat of your heart for as long as you wish and when you're ready gently open your eyes.

Beautiful! Loved the breathing countdown and felt calm at the end. Unfortunately, for me, I never can feel my heartbeat, but I trust all is well. 😉 Thank you for this short, peaceful meditation. ✨️🪷❤️
