I know it is common sense but is it common practice?

Conferences or workshops about the latest tools to get more done which I'm not saying it's bad but we have to realize that productivity starts with our physical health.
First take care of your sleep,
Hydration and nutrition and then we can talk about mindset and if you master your physiology and your psychology only then it's worth spending some time and money on task optimization and efficiency tools.
Let me illustrate that.
Let's say that you have a car.
Before installing race tires,
Sport seats and air forks better make sure there is a good engine.
That makes sense right?
Well it's the same for us.
Maybe those three basics are not sexy or trendy but they work.
