Whether we are conscious of them or not.

My divine self,
We humbly invoke for divine blessings,
Guidance,
Love,
Illumination,
Bliss,
And protection.
We thank you in full faith.
Take a deep breath.
Relax.
Allow your eyes to close.
Connect your tongue to your palate,
The roof of your mouth,
Bring all your awareness to the center of your head.
Wherever your thoughts have wandered,
Whatever you are thinking about,
Bring it all back into the center of your head.
All your scattered parts,
Bring them all back to one location.
Behind your eyes,
Up and back a little bit.
Find your peaceful place in the center of your head.
Enjoy your presence.
Notice the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
Stretch your awareness from the center of your head to your crown chakra.
And from there,
Continue to stretch to extend it to your own I am presence,
Which is the source of all and everything.
Experience the sensation of this connection.
Notice the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
Stretch your awareness from your I am presence through the center of your head,
All the way to your root chakra.
And from there,
Continue to stretch to extend it into the ground,
Maybe three meters,
About 10 feet.
Notice how grounding yourself changes your experience.
Experience the sensation of this vertical column of light that connects the universe to the earth through you.
Now,
Expand this column of light to just beyond an arm's length,
Away from your body in all directions.
If it helps,
Hold your arms straight out from your sides to get a sense of this column.
Feel the energy flowing like a waterfall.
Put your arms down and say silently or out loud,
Loving I am presence.
Use this waterfall of light that surrounds me to clear,
Balance,
Harmonize,
And shield me.
Transmute all negative energy,
Mass consciousness,
And energies of the world,
Which do not serve me or my highest good,
Into the pure light of love,
As it is reflected back into the world from which it came.
So be it.
Notice your heart,
Your heart chakra.
Breathe in love and light through your heart center.
As you breathe,
Continue to relax.
Feel your heart soften.
Experience the opening within.
Now,
Choose an aspect of your behavior you wish to transmute or transform.
We will use this later.
Maybe it's suffering or self-hatred or negative judgment or shame or an attachment to having people do things your way,
Whatever comes up for you.
Say silently or out loud,
I am a being of violet fire.
I am the purity the I am presence desires.
I am inseparable from my I am presence.
I breathe love and light into my heart center.
I am a temple of love and light.
I call forth the full power of the violet flame of forgiveness to transmute the causes,
Core,
Effects,
Habits,
Records,
And memories of every thought,
Feeling,
Word,
Or action I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension,
Known or unknown,
That reflects anything associated with.
Now,
Say the name of the aspect of your behavior you chose earlier to transmute or transform.
Again,
Say silently or out loud,
With forgiveness and love as my intention.
I blaze the violet flame through every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of precious life energy that has my signature on it in any place and time that reflects anything less than the infinite perfection I am.
I trust my I am presence to transmute every speck of my being into the highest love and light,
Health and abundance.
I ask my I am presence to fill this space with the golden light I am.
Infinite light,
Love,
Health,
And abundance.
I know and accept this will be done.
So be it,
And so it is.
Notice your crown.
Imagine the vertical column that surrounds you,
Filled with golden light,
From your I am presence,
Through and around you,
And into the earth.
This golden light fills you with peace and illumination.
It replenishes and nurtures your energy field on all levels and in all dimensions.
It balances and completes all the healing energy.
Let go and integrate all the energy work that has been done,
All that was released and healed.
Let us give thanks.
