Hello,
I'm Rhys Jones,
And welcome to this sleep talk down and lucid dream incubation recording.
Today I'll be guiding you through the process of relaxing your mind,
Preparing yourself for sleep,
And then,
Once your mind space has been softened,
Sowing the seeds for a lucid dream later on in the night.
In this particular recording,
The sleep talk down theme will be a relaxing roleplay,
And the lucid dream incubation theme will be becoming a wolf whisperer.
Please note,
You're free to fall asleep at any part of this recording,
So when you begin to feel tired,
Don't hesitate to follow that feeling.
If that happens during the roleplay session,
That's fine.
If it doesn't happen until our meeting with the wolves,
That's also fine.
First and foremost,
Prioritize falling to sleep.
Do not wait for my permission to do so.
Follow my words until you begin to feel drowsy,
At which point allow yourself to let go and gently drift away.
And so,
To begin,
Please turn off all of your sleep,
Lay down on your bed,
And get into a position that you feel comfortable with.
Be it on your belly,
On your side,
Or on your back.
Whichever position you feel most comfortable in.
Adopt it now,
And then,
Make any final adjustments you need in order to feel fully settled.
For example,
Perhaps you have an itch.
If so,
Now would be a good time to itch it.
Or maybe you'd like to take one last swig of water before snuggling into your comforter nice and tight.
Whatever makes you feel at ease is fine and should be done now.
If you haven't already,
You should now close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.
And another deep breath in and out.
Then,
Allow your breath to settle into a normal rhythm,
Not forcing it to go one way or another.
I want you to now imagine you're a seed,
A tiny seed that's just been planted in the ground.
Within you lies a blueprint,
Although looking at you now you'd never know it.
To the untrained eye,
You just look like a little brown shell,
Inert and lifeless.
But inside of you is something waiting to bloom,
Something grand and magnificent.
And so,
Sitting in the cozy darkness of your soil hideaway,
You wait patiently for your moment to shine.
And as the days go by,
You're watered,
Sometimes by the clouds and sometimes by the humans that care for you.
Each time is its own little awakening,
And a small step towards your final form.
The water that arrives is always just right.
Not too little,
Not too much,
Just the right amount to stir you from your slumber and slowly open you up.
And so,
As you continue to sit in the cozy darkness of your soil hideaway,
You begin to make your first substantial moves.
A little root pops out from your underside.
And so,
As you begin to make your first substantial moves,
You begin to make your first substantial moves.
You're now well on your way to your final form.
You've spread roots down into the depths of the soil below and you've begun to sprout upwards towards the top of the soil too.
And as you do,
You feel something turning on inside of you.
You feel your ancient blueprint awakening.
And just like that,
You remember what you're meant to be.
A sunflower.
You are becoming a sunflower.
You are becoming a sunflower.
You are becoming a sunflower.
The tip of your little head is now nudging its way out of the soil and into the open air.
What a beautiful breeze,
You think,
As the light of the sun washes over you with a loving warmth.
You are at deep peace with this process,
But at the same time,
You feel determined and driven to grow.
You are here for a reason,
After all.
To become a sunflower.
And you're going to be the best sunflower there ever was.
You're going to be the best sunflower there ever was.
You're going to be the best sunflower there ever was.
Some weeks later,
And you reach your final form.
A tall,
Glorious sunflower,
Blowing in the soft summer breeze.
The humans that helped you grow have come to see you.
They seem proud and smile-wide.
And in your own way,
You smile back.
Your languages do not overlap,
Yet communication occurs nonetheless.
You appreciate them,
And they appreciate you too.
You you you you you You are now in a supremely relaxed state,
Either sleeping or on the edge of sleeping,
And so we're ready to begin,
Incubating a lucid dream for later on in the night.
By following along with my words and visualizing them as you go,
You'll prime yourself to draw upon these very same images during RAM.
There's no need to follow along strictly,
Just continue relaxing and allow my words to wash over you.
Whatever images come,
Come.
And even if you're now asleep,
Know that your subconscious will soak these words in and store them for later.
So,
Let's now begin.
The Journey of the Wolf Whisperer You come to in a dark place,
A desert-like environment long after sunset.
You're wearing a ragged overcoat and your hair is long.
You can't quite remember how you got here,
But you know your journey was arduous.
The wind whips around you strongly and the sand whips along with it.
You are,
However,
Well attuned to this environment.
Whilst others might find such a place uncomfortable,
You enjoy it.
You enjoy the challenge.
And so,
You begin trekking forth into the swirling winds.
You are,
However,
Well attuned to this environment.
You are,
However,
Well attuned to this environment.
You are,
However,
Well attuned to this environment.
After a few minutes of walking,
You come across a group of walls.
Again,
This is something that might make other people feel deeply uncomfortable,
But not you.
You're hardened to such encounters.
So,
You approach,
Slowly and methodically and with your hands raised high to show that you come in peace.
As you get closer,
The wolves look up at you,
Their eyes glimmering blue.
Hey,
Sweet things,
You say,
Kneeling down and letting them approach.
One takes a liking to you and you begin to stroke it.
The alpha- bookstore makes you tickle when you're hung Raj.
It's at this moment that lucidity strikes.
You look deeply into the wolf's eyes,
And the glimmer that reflects back strikes you as strange.
I must be dreaming,
You say out loud.
And,
As you do,
The wolves howl in unison,
The light in their eyes growing brighter.
There,
Acknowledging you,
You realise.
There,
Acknowledging your lucidity.
There,
Acknowledging your lucidity.
Standing there,
You take in the magnificent view.
In the distance lurks a dark,
Desert horizon,
And in front of you roams a pack of friendly wolves.
Their outer appearance looks quite spooky,
But you feel nothing but safe around them.
In fact,
You feel as if they're protecting you.
We're dreaming,
You know,
You say to them with a smile.
There,
Acknowledging your lucidity.
There,
Acknowledging your lucidity.
On the horizon,
You now notice a growing wall of darkness encroaching on your area.
The wolves look up and,
Together,
You all begin to prowl,
Anticipating its arrival.
It starts quite far away,
But within mere moments it's closed the gap.
A huge wall of darkness.
Of nothingness.
Everything,
Deleted,
In its wake.
Perhaps the dream is ending,
You say to your wolf friends.
Or maybe it's just a scene transition.
Either way,
You're ready for it.
You're ready.
And so,
The darkness engulfs you.
You and then the wolves.
At first,
You have a distinct feeling of being erased.
Of being no more.
But then,
You don't even experience that.
Instead,
You experience… nothing.
Just darkness.
And here you rest,
For the remainder of the dream.
No thoughts.
No visions.
No sense perception beyond the darkness itself.
Nothing.
And within this darkness,
You cultivate a beautiful,
Soft stillness.
Lucid stillness.
Present and aware.
Yet no one thing.
Just pure consciousness,
Stripped of all its pretense.
This is you in your truest form.
Lucid and expansive.
Lucid and undefined.
Lucid and aware.
You have now successfully planted the seeds for a lucid dream later on in the night.
And have primed yourself to recognise it as such when it occurs.
You're now also in a state of supreme relaxation.
Fully at ease.
Either sleeping,
Or just now ready to begin the first phase of sleeping.
And so,
With that,
I draw this session to a close.
Remember,
You are a lucid dreamer.
Happy dreaming.
