If you want,
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and relax.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and ask your thoughts to quiet down.
One more time in through the nose and out through your mouth and bring your attention to your heart and set your intention.
I ask and intend to create a pure sacred space.
Only the energy of Source and of my Higher Self is in my sacred space.
I ask and intend to make a loving and powerful connection to Source.
I want to be perfectly aligned with my Higher Self,
My Universal Consciousness and Source.
My intention now is to experience in a beautiful way the power from Source in the form of a light shower that brings the pure Source Light in my physical body and experience.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and bring your attention to your heart.
And now imagine a shower of light coming to you from Source,
Out of the heart of the universe.
It has crystal-like drops and this shower starts very gently and lovingly,
With its crystal-light quality,
To flow into you and the drops gradually come down.
They start flowing over your body and through your body.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and imagine that this light shower now slowly flows into your head.
And wherever these drops of light particles come,
They cleanse old frequencies and dark clouds.
The energy activates and purifies.
It amplifies the light potential of your cells and body.
And it makes you feel clear.
Now ask it to flow into your neck,
To your throat and vocal cords.
Ask it to clean all the energy of your speaking and it flows to your shoulders.
And everywhere this light shower goes,
It massages,
Warms,
Softens.
And you may start feeling a soft tingling sensation inside.
It creates more space inside you.
It dissolves tension and replaces it with light.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and ask the light shower to flow through your arms,
To your elbows,
Your wrists,
To your fingertips.
And it opens and flows into your chest and your back and to your heart,
Into your lungs.
Take a deep breath in and now ask the light to flow into your belly,
Your organs,
Your pelvis,
Thighs,
Calves and shins.
And through your feet into the ground.
Now ask the light shower to broaden and go completely around you,
To fill that whole ball of light with pure,
Pure diamond energy particles.
Clear,
Clean,
Pure light from source,
Pure energy of your universal being.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
And now ask this shower to continue as a kind of light that lifts you up and keeps your energy high.
It protects you.
Ask to be surrounded with purity and clarity.
You can ask it and let this light shower flow to special places.
For example your eyes.
Then you ask the light shower in your eyes to give clarity and deep relaxation.
Or into your heart.
Then ask the light shower to bring space,
Love and peace in your heart.
Take the time to let the light shower go to places in your body where you feel that extra attention is welcome.
And visualize how that light brings healing.
It activates and strengthens the potential of self-healing.
Your life force is strengthened.
You can repeat this light shower as many times as you want and ask each time to be taken into a new aspect of your experience,
In a completely new way.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and set your intention.
I ask and intend that my energy has an optimal alignment with Source and with my higher self.
I want to feel purely aligned,
Healthy,
Protected and lovingly connected.
I ask and intend that the light shower of my higher self,
My universal consciousness and the energy of Source is with me,
Envelops me,
Fulfills me,
Protects me and lifts me up.
And so it is.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your heart.
Anchor your energy from your heart,
Your stomach,
Your back,
Your legs,
Your feet and deep into the earth.
Take your time to reflect on your experiences.
